I love this place! Oviedo’s is a hidden gem in Molokai. He’s best known for his roast pork, which is tender and flavorful. You can choose to have a medium or large bowl and 1 or 2 choices. I came in severely hungry and was able to satisfy my tummy with a medium bowl of roast pork and pork adobo. The portions are generous… and surprisingly, I couldn’t finish my plate. Here are some of the other choices offered. I was able to sample some off my coworkers, and I can say they are all very good, especially the spare ribs!
