Manicure with Linda. She’s always consistent and does an excellent job. My only complaint is that she doesn’t speak fluent English

Horrible service! Very dirty! Left me waiting for 50 minutes with no comment on how much longer!!!

My friend and I went here to get a mani and pedi. When we came and sat down they just weren’t very pleasant. We both got shellac. Her nails are lopsided and a few are rough and they didn’t let her nails or mine soak enough and it was like they were taking off a layer of our nails when they did it. When my toes were soaking in alcohol because I have shellac, she started doing the scrap of the dead skin before my feet were ever in the water, thought that was weird. I’m surprised this place had such high ratings. The neck massage was good but that’s about it. Overall not impressed.

This place was very mediocre in comparison to a lot of other nail salons that I’ve been to– service was a bit weird, my friend and I went together and for the same type of pedicure, the lady that was doing my friends pedicure was basically in a rush to finish hers, when there was NO ONE in the salon… And my lady took her time and spent about 20 more mins on me than my friends pedicure took. Although my lady did a good job at the actual pedicure, she scraped my foot in the process with the callus remover– not very gentle. They also charge tax on credit cards which is the first time I’ve ever seen that in a nail salon. I gave this place 3 stars simply for the pedicure itself, but don’t think I’ll be going back.

Service was great, staff was friendly, prices are very reasonable. All around it was a good experience. I would definitely revisit.

Do not get a wax here! The lady (who is the manager surprisingly) literally ripped and burned the skin below my eyebrows! I posted some pictures below. When I said I was upset she insisted that my makeup «came off» and didn’t offer me a refund or anything! My eyes were swollen and puffy for a week. Worst experience ever.

They did a great job! Clean! Very friendly! And amazing & long massages! Definitely worth every penny :) new favorite shop!

my full set was done beautifully. I had my old acrylic removed and a new set put on. they’re smooth and even, and the paint is right up the cuticle! only problem I had was when I came in and said I wanted a full set, the lady (I’m assuming the one who does acrylic) kind of rolled her eyes because she was relaxing in one of the massage chairs. I guess she was hoping she didn’t have to work anymore that day lol. but overall my manicure came out really good!

I came here with my mother and sister in law for Mother’s day. The place is a little small and simple. I asked for a manicure with Shellac. Mom received a mani/​pedi and my sister in law asked for a mani (shellac) to match her toes from a previous location. The girls did a great job on that. My shellac lasted me about 2 weeks!
I also recieved an unexpected massage. She was really rough but somewhat good. I didn’t like how it was given while still being in the manicure chair. Nonetheless, it’s still a great place to get a shellac manicure.

Amazing worth every penny mani pedi for forty and I mean massage scrubs everything including neck rub. I’ll be back! Bring cash to pay 5percent charge for cards.

I really like this salon! There is a definite language barrier, as with most nail salons, but they do a fabulous job! I just started getting the shellac done and they got it perfect, especially compared to the one I came in with. I believe I had Linda and she added a great neck and arm massage along with my service. Highly recommend this place!!!

I’ve been going to Venus for years! They are my favorite nail salon in the entire city! I am very picky about my polish being perfect. They give a wonderful neck, arm and shoulders massage! I’ve been given gift certificates at other places in Katy but never get this kind of treatment!

I don’t do my nails often but when I do, I come to Venus Nails. These ladies will always accomodate me.
I suggest getting the Shellac nails when you go. They have more colors than most other salons do and will definitely work with you to meet your design needs :) And they know how to apply it correctly to increase the life span of your manicure.
Pedicures are super relaxing in their awesome chairs. Love the hot wax :)
Oh and the ladies are awesome design artists! Like I said, they can accomodate you in all your manicure desires :)

Love this nail salon– so sad that I’m moving away. I get the shellac French manicure and it last at least three weeks without chipping. The pedicures are always so relaxing and I love the hot wax bags that make my feet feel super smooth.

I really love coming here when I’m in town, I’m very picky about what kind of salon I will trust to do my nails. I’m afraid of getting some sort of fungus and I love this place for their cleanliness. I watch these ladies clean the pedicure tubs and clean all mani tools throughly before placing them back in their packets and zip them up for someone else.
I’ve been coming here every so often and when i get my mani/​pedi I usually get a small arm/​back massage free of charge along with it. I don’t know if its included… or maybe if the salon isn’t busy that the lovely ladies do that sort of things, I dont know but I looove it. I’ve never gotten a massage from the designated lady or a facial but I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and have brought in friends who have gotten theirs waxed.
In all honesty I would rather get my mani/​pedi rather than the waxing because I enjoy getting mine threaded. But i’f your looking for a clean place then this is a good spot to check out.

AMAZING! I am incredibly picky about my nails. I work in a spa and am use to great service there, but I randomly decided I wanted to try somewhere new, and I will definitely be back! Michelle did an amazing job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better more relaxing pedicure!
