Tree House Academy

Please do not take your child here. It was the worst experience of my life. I had problems from the first week. The teachers will not follow your schedule and do not communicate what so ever. The afternoon teacher and morning teacher would always blame each other and never worked together. Ms. Karen the infant teacher was awful. She would always put me down because I’m a young new mom and try to tell me what I should do with my child. I never felt comfortable leaving my child when I went to work. I honestly tried to work with them for a few weeks expressing my concerns to the director but she said what I wanted to hear and a few days later everything was the same. For example one day I knew my child was well because she was waking all night. I forgot to take my phone to work so I called Treehouse to let them and call me if ANYTHING happens on my work number. The director said she has been checking on her and she was fine. Little did I know that when I got to the daycare that evening they were mad at me bc I wasn’t answering my phone, my childs eye was shut from infection. The director never communicated with anyone and never check on her. I left the next week.
