Started out in 1994 with one vehicle and have since grown to 4 service vehicles which 3 are Hearses. We now do 40 apartment complexes and about 200 homes. All technicians licensed. We are bonded and insured. We stand behind everything we do. We are the only company to offer a one year Guarantee on Bed Bug Treatments. We offer 5 years on Bird and Bat exclusion work.

Born in Brooklyn. Been in the Business since 1992 started my own company in 1994 (The Bug Reaper). Moved to Houston 1978 went back to NYC — 1980 came back to Houston in 2007 for good. I go to Texas A&m and several other continuing education events yearly to keep up with the latest research in the industry. I wont lie to you, your gonna hear the real deal like it or not. I will not blow smoke.

I had a 6700 square-​foot house infested with fleas. I called around to check availability and pricing from other pest control services. I chose Tony because he was able to come out the next day, and his price was comparable to the others. He was on time, sprayed the house, and used a growth regulator to interrupt the cycle. He sprayed the entire house inside and out, the garage, and even my car. He said if I saw any more fleas to call him back and he would spray again. After a week or so, I started seeing fleas again. I texted him about the problem. He and another guy came out the following day and blanketed the place. He then suggested I leave for a while to avoid the fumes. No more fleas after that! I think some of you are mistaking regional differences for hostility. Given his accent, he is probably from New York or somewhere in that area. I don’t think he’s a bad guy, just very direct. He even brought me bagels the second time.

The owner is getting unfair reviews, and I’m reading a lot of bias on review boards. There are two sides to a story, and people complaining about his driving aren’t Angels themselves. Now for the actual service, which his reviews should be based on, it’s good. You pay for a year up front. He will return 3 additional times, when you call him. He tells you that when you sign up, and he sticks to his word. I called him today for my 3rd treatment and he’s coming out tomorrow. He answered on the first ring and made a next day appointment. Since he’s been out to treat our home, I have no more ants or water roaches. I’m very satisfied with the service the Bug Reaper delivers. I will renew in August when the year is up.

This guys smells like farts. Had a bad attitude too. He farted the entire time he was here. They were stinky farts too. I think he needs to check his pants as he was probably close to have dirty underwear with those nasty farts.

So many one star reviews, I don’t know why I bother. They were hired by my apartment complex (Park@Voss, another one-​star) to spray for roaches. The, cough, gentleman that came in was rude, sexist, and bloody racist. He kept telling my husband «si» and calling him «señor», and mentioned I must not spend much time in the kitchen. We kicked him out.

Tony showed up, collected the check, and then neve came again. I called a month later and his excuse was that he «spilled coffee on the paperwork and didn’t have our contact information.» He forgot that he had the check… I would avoid this company like the plague.

Buyer beware! I have been remiss in not getting this review out sooner. Our experience with the abrasive and irresponsible Bug Reaper was a disaster. He only sprayed well on the first visit and after that did not come back willingly again (for a year’s prepaid contract). We will never do that again! After that he would periodically set up a time to come and always, ALWAYS, stand us up. Also, he admitted that he hired staff who had lost their licenses in other states. We do our own pest control now and are surprised how much less chemical we can apply and just from Home Depot to get the exact same result.

The worst company. Did not remove bees the first time or the second time I called. Unfriendly when I called back the second time. Took my money and I got absolutely nothing in return.
