Was super excited to see a new taco truck so close to my house. It’s in the parking lot right next to Ignite in front of the Express Food Store. Tacos were super cheap, but I guess for a reason. I got fajita tacos, and the meat looked super low quality and it was undercooked. Lots of fat on the meat and I kept having to pick out close to raw pieces of meat out of my taco –_​_​– was disappointed by the quality. The seasoning on the meat was good though, if only it was better meat. They have other stuff there, and I also got free charro beans since I went after 7 which were pretty decent. Overall it wasn’t that great, I don’t think I’d come again.

Truck is decent, love that you can view their food permit on the window. Everything was tasty.
Only complaint is the fajita plate on Friday was very dry and tough. Not my forte but the plate is generous and the rice and beans are good.
Just a little less cook time and more juice on the fajitas.
