I’ve seen this doc for over 20 years. He’s been wonderful up until about 3 years ago when his business model changed to «wellness, Hpv and pushing vitamins, skin tonics, etc». I recently needed an ovarian mass removed and he decided, without telling me, to get approval from my insurance company for the ovarian mass removal, AND a possible abdominal hysterectomy. If I didn’t catch it, I would have woken up in the recovery room with both ovaries and uterus GONE! I decided to cancel the surgery and have switched doctors altogether. Unfortunately, he is not to be trusted these days. I’m not sure what happened, but this was unethical. Be careful if you are still seeing him and check everything out he’s telling you.

I’ve been seeing Friedman for nearly 25 years and he’s a fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable doctor. He’s direct and has always answered mine and my husband’s questions. He delivered our first child and his «take-​charge» approach enabled the head nurse to dedicate one-​on-​one time with me during the laboring/​deliverying process – which made my experience go much smoother.
The office staff, particularly Holly, have always been friendly. She’s like a «mother» I can confide in when I visit.
I will continue to recommend him to family members and friends.

I work in a large hospital, so I am very familiar with doctors and their occasional attitudes. However… there is a difference between a doctor with a saucy attitude and one that is just plain, well, an ass.
During my visit, Dr. Friedman interupted me, did not answer questions, yelled at my husband for asking too many questions (asking «do you want to take over and be the doctor here??») and, in the middle of a serious conversation, made us get up to look out the window at a truck in his parking lot that he thought was interesting. He also confused my medical records with someone elses, left the door open (we had to ask him to shut it) during his attempt at both an examiniation and during a converstaion (hello? HIPPA!!) and did not return phone calls after multiple attempts and messages.
What an exhausting little experience. Never again.
