Established in 2010.
Chef Renee began her raw food business through a business partnership with Tru Meals. When Tru Meals closed in 2012, Chef Renee began working her business as a personal chef. With the support of her family and friends, Chef Renee purchased and designed her gourmet food trailer. She began working the food parks around the city of Houston and Katy, TX.

Renee’ Herndon is a Certified Living on Live Food Instructor and Gourmet Raw Vegan Chef.
Herndon was professionally trained by Alissa Cohen and Chef Leah Dubois of the (former) raw vegan restaurant Grezzo in Boston, Massachusetts. Herndon teaches classes in the art of preparing gourmet raw and living food.
In the summer of 2009, Herndon was the Personal Raw Chef for Mike Adams, known as the «Health Ranger. He is the founder and editor of www.NaturalNews.Com.
Herndon was also the exclusive Raw Food Chef for Tru Meals in Houston, Texas, for two years.
Herndon was featured on Great Day Houston with Deborah Duncan in May 2010 and June 2010 and interviewed on 97.9 the Box with the Madd Hatter Morning Show at that time. Additionally, Renee’ was invited to demo Raw and Living Foods in the Houston Metropolitan Show in September 2011 and September 2013.
