Went in for lunch with my teenager. The entire place was empty on a Saturday afternoon yet there were five indifferent employees behind the counter. We both got pan pizzas and they both came out with burnt crusts. So burnt that I could see it from where we were sitting across the room. Teenager decided she would eat hers(spite, you know) but I wasn’t about a burnt crust. When I indicated it was too burnt for me, the head male of the group seemed really put off. The female employee said that’s how their oven cooks them. Ummm… ok. They made another one but didn’t change anything from how they cooked it the first time. Surprise! It was burnt again. So they gave me my money back and I went down the street for tacos.

Did you just tell me that I could build a personal pan pizza, with all the toppings that I want for only $ 7? Are you insane? Do you not see me? I will put $ 10 worth of toppings on the pizza if I AMNOT hungry! The pizza must take forever and it must take like sewerage rewarmed. Well, I kept hearing about this place and had to try them out. The description that I was always given was simple to understand. Essentially: Imagine going to a «Subway» style place, except instead of making and designing sandwiches, you are making and designing pizzas. I can dig that concept, so if only for the novelty of doing something of that nature, I had to go. Walking into the place you will notice the«Subway» type set up and a huge menu on the wall that gives you everything you need to know. Either you can get a pre-named and pre-designed pizza or make up your own pizza. Any pizza you pick will be the same price and the same size. You can even get a salad that you can dock up any way you want as well… but I was not there for salad, so that thought was not even entertained. My advice… don’t be shy! You are paying for them… add on those toppings… and if you feel as though you don’t have enough, ask for more! I decided to go carnivore and have them put every meat on the pizza… and plenty of cheese! I was actually pleasantly surprised that not only did my pizza not take long to make, but it was actually pretty tasty as well. Truth of the matter, it was only just pizza, but it was MY pizza, and that made it special! Just for the record, there are multiple crust options that even includes gluten free at an extra charge. I know that based on my chain restaurant rating, this place should get 3 stars, but I through in an extra star for seemingly sending deals out weekly. Make sure to sign up for the email alerts because I get the $ 5 for any pizza mailing often. Also to make sure to sign up for the keychain program to build towards freebies and extras. Give this place a try.

It claims to be fresh… Pizza wasn’t even hot. Nothing special, tastes like frozen pizza that can be bought easily at a local grocery store. Two of us got bad stomach pains after eating their pizza. Left disappointed and ended up in pain.

Been here many times and it’s hit or miss. As you can see from tonight’s pictures this trip was HUGE miss! Sadly this is the pizza I received this evening. As you can see only the very center has sauce and toppings. So nice public response from Kimberly at Pie Five but unfortunately the response turned out to be just for show. We have not returned nor will we now… no excuse for poor customer service especially from someone representing the company on social media. Glad MOD pizza is coming o Katy soon! LOVE the SL location!

Before this day I always loved Pie Five and their dessert! Until today when I noticed 6 flies on ONE dessert and also flies around the store as well. It makes me not want to come back here because I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. As well I did not receive one smile, warm welcome, and the employees making the pizza were rude and gave attitude when I asked for certain things.

I haven’t tried any pizza places around the area, but thought I’d give this place a try since it’s fairly new. I looked at the menu and decided to get a personal sized Chicken Carbonara pizza to go along with a slice of the fudge cookie pie. You get to see them make your pizza right in front of you and then it goes into an oven to get heated up. I like that my pizza had just enough tomato sauce to taste it, but it wasn’t inundated with it. Thin crust was cooked just right and wasn’t burnt. I wasn’t expecting much from the fudge brownie dessert but it tasted pretty damn good like it was hand made. Yes, the customer service is a little lacking(the guy at the counter taking my order could’ve greeted me at the very least), but I feel I got my money’s worth since both the pizza and dessert were great.

This place is set up and very similar to Subway and Which Wich Sandwiches but for pizza. The pizza is ur own personal size for $ 6.99 I believe and it’s cooked in 5 minutes. The topping and condiments are set up just like Subway. The day I went business was slow so the toppings just sat out looking unfresh. Overall everything was just OK. The pizza, the service. Not something I would crave enough for a second visit.

After trying Mod Pizza in the energy corridor we decided to give this place a try. I was pretty disappointed. We visited the place around 2 pm on a Sunday. The first thing I noticed was the sauce. It did not look fresh. It was down to the end of the container and just looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham, beef, bacon, onion, jalapeño, onion and spinach. It was ran through the oven and was ALMOST out, but the guy pulled it out of the oven before it was really done. The result was a pizza that all the toppings fell off of, not fully cooked and pretty soggy. And the place was pretty dirty. Table had crumbs all over them, the trash bins had food all over them, it was pretty bad. I will not be coming back.

My pizza was edible, I wouldn’t go here again. $ 20 for 2 thin crust pizzas &2 drinks. I ordered an Alfredo pizza, it was barely warm. Seems as if they heat it up just enough to melt the cheese. No one else was in the restaurant but all of the tables around us(even ours) needed to be wiped down, the floor was dirty & there were a few tables with food & drinks that hadn’t been picked up.

I was very excited to try this place after reading all the reviews and seeing the pictures. My husband went to pick them up. He ordered pan pizza with cheese and pepperoni and I ordered the same thing but added ricotta cheese with a ceaser salad. We were completely disappointed! It was extremely Salty and I love salt but this was unbearable. My salad was brown as you can see in the picture. The pan crust was RAW, which I hope you can see in the picture. I am pregnant and am not sure if I can eat raw pizza so I only had that one piece. 10 bucks down the drain. My husband will eat just about anything and even he was forcing his way through to finish it. Super upset, disappointed, and still hungry since I couldn’t finish.

Found service particularly helpful as we were new to the fast pizza that is pie five, the pizzas are made to order, kind of like subway as someone mentioned, they are very tasty and loads of options, my children loved it, almost like making your own pizza. They do kids 6“ish which they loved getting a oizza to themselves. Also got a voucher in box for a freebie! We will return.

First thing: AWESOMEPIZZA! Second thing: Bland, unfriendly service. It was my first time and the pizza tastes great. We went through the line rather quick. Get to the check out area, a shorter Hispanic girl checked us out. She forgot to give us cups and she didn’t say anything to us. She was very unfriendly. I am huge on guest service and at this specific location, it was not served. Everyone looked like they were ready to get off and just did not want to talk to anyone, even their other coworkers.

6.99 personal pizza. 9.99 for personal pizza, your choice of salad or pie, and fountain drink. FRESH, made to order, clean, everything you can ask for! Pizza is not greasy and taste fantastic, not hard and dry. I had the Athenian pizza added meatball to it and NO olives. My boyfriend got the BBQ Chicken with Caesar salad. I chose the Italian salad with mine that they put in a baked dough bowl, Caesar tasted better.

My first time there was nothing to write home about. My husband and I found the pizza to be ok, but not memorable. Maybe I got a bad taste in my mouth because the oven/toaster thing temporarily broke down and we were left standing in line with no explanation. No «sorry it will be just a minute.» Or «have a seat we will let you know when it’s done.» We just stood there looking at the people wondering what was happening. Finally when we did get our pizzas the person at the register gave us a coupon for a free pizza for our wait. I still think I’ll go back and try a different pizza, because I really do like the concept of creating your own right in front of you.

I just wish they had bigger pizzas! This kind of pizza is one you have to say there because you will not get the full effect of the yumminess! I’ve been twice and both times I got the five star! The fresh veggies love them! Will most def go back but will bring the BF next time!

Another great place to add in Katy! This is definitely a ‘Subway’ for pizza. Let me start off with why I took off one star, it’s kinda fast-food, so it wasn’t WOW pizza that tastes like heaven. Having said that, it was WOW pizza for fast food and at this price? That’s a deal. I liked how it wasn’t too greasy. I’m a huge fan of spicy food, so when I saw that they had spicy marinara, I had to add it. I was thinking that spicy marinara couldn’t be that spicy but it was the perfect amount of spice. I added spinach on my pizza. The server gave me advice to add a little cheese on top of the spinach so that the spinach wouldn’t get burnt. Thank you, best advice! I added their magic dust at the end, which you must do. Will I come back here? Most definitely.

Yucky crust and unreasonably huge pepperoni. Employees were obviously only trained to go fast. Very not friendly. Go to «Top It» on Westheimer Rd instead. You’ll be happier and never look back.

The pizzas were tasty but the employee making them didn’t seem to be thrilled to be serving us. She just had an attitude about her that seemed like we were doing her a disservice because she was taking our requests. She wasn’t very good at making pizzas either, because she mostly piled all the toppings up right in the middle of the pizza. I had to ask her to spread them out. Overall, I would definitely visit again, I just hope that the same employee wouldn’t be there making my pizza.

Had the five star pizza in the recommended pan crust. It was really tasty! It’s basically a pizza subway, as in, you watch them construct your pizza and then get it within 3 – 5 minutes all baked and ready to eat. Also, their chocolate chip cookie cake is AMAZING! The desserts LOOK like they would be hard or crusty(dry), but we got a slice of the Choco chip and it was soft, chewy; all good things! They have an option to ‘bundle it’ for 9.99, a pizza, a drink, and a salad or dessert(pick one). You can also create your own pizza. All pizzas are 6.99. Drinks-1.99.

I really like this place. The 411 on this place is that it is basically Subway but for pizza. You get the crust you want, the sauce of your choice and the a choice of about 20 toppings. It’s a really fun way to experience pizza. I got what they call the High Five, which is basically a meat-lovers pizza and a slice of the chocolate chip cookie pie. The pizza was really good, the meat all had a very fresh taste to it and the cheese was just the right amount of ooey-gooey. I then devoured the dessert like it was the last thing if ever get to eat. It was amazing and just writing this makes me want more. Basically just go there, you’ll love it. Oh also, there are gluten free options for those who have an intolerance to gluten. Do it. You’ll love this place.
