Store was organized. Employees friendly, but the selection is far from desirable. I wear a size 10, so most of the time, I’m looking to find a style and possibly order the color online. There wasn’t much to choose from to try on, so I was in and out of the place in five minutes. I did think about purchasing a scarf, but I’ve seen better quality at other stores. The same statement can be said about the accessories. I think the only time of the year that I buy anything out of Payless is during the summer when I can find some decent sandals. Other than that, I pass.

Just because they have«pay less» in the name, don’t believe the hype. Back in the day, I am getting old, they used to have cheap pricing on every shoe in the store. Well, today is a new day, and they have prices just like every other shoe store. I hate paying the same price for children’s shoes that I pay for my own shoes. Always ask a store person if they have a discount code or coupon available for your purchase.

Went in here about 45 minutes before closing time to find some shoes for my pregnant feet and was a little blown away by the higher than I would have expected prices and the strange behavior of the employees. Lots of cussing, talking loudly about partying, drinking/drug use, excessive cussing as I tried on my holiday shoes. I bought a cute pair of flats for about $ 25 bucks– if I would have had more energy I would have kept looking, but I didn’t. The employee apologized for her loud behavior as she checked me out but it had already gotten pretty weird by then. Whatever.
