This place is awesome it was my first time there and the employees are so helpful! This lady named Kaltrina was very kind and informative! I will definitely be back here!

I haven’t been here yet, however, I called in to get some info.
Currently not accepting onesies (0 – 18 mo) for rebuy unless they’re truly special.
Currently not accepting Hanes/​Fruit of the Loom for rebuy
Currently need coats and 0 – 18 mo bloomers for rebuy
Never accept clothing with rips/​stains
Accepted brands: Carters, OshKosh, Childrens Place, Janie & Jack, Boutique brands (high coveted), H&M, Gymboree (2012+, tags will tell you the year)
Onesies run $ 1 to buy, dresses run between $ 6.50 + $ 13
Young lady (Peyton) on the phone advised to always call and check what they’re looking for and not currently looking for. I’m sure they’re overloaded with onesies and simply don’t have room for more. I’ve been in TX for 4 months now & I haven’t had a chance to go here, baby was 6 weeks old when I arrived. I read reviews about how bad this place is… for 1 I’ve realized people in Katy are incredibly stuck up & quite sheltered… so I’ll be the judge and report back.

I’m not sure what happened between they opened a few years and now, but they definitely used to have nicer things then they do now. I used to sell so many things to them. Now, not so much because they are really picky about what they take. I have always sold nice things that were in great shape. Now it doesn’t seem like they want any more merchandise. Im not sure how it’s possible that they turn away some of my things when I see shoes and clothes that are in bad shape that they have purchased. The Copperfield location is way better and has a nicer staff.

Ive worked in retail before, thrift shops even. Blackbird, worked at Platos for awhile to, so i know how the buy sell business goes.
I go in with a bunch of stuff, they only take $ 13 worth. Then they tell me they wont take the walker because there is no stoppers, even though the stoppers are in a bag labeled «stoppers», in the box i gave them. This tells me they did not look through it at all. What can you expect, youve got a bunch of dumb, carless high school girls working there. So i walk back in after my hour wait, after ive got my $ 13. I show them that the stoppers were in the box, make it known that it is their error!
Still the idiot that helped me, some mixed race chick, is like «…ohhhhh» so they tell me i have to re-​sign in and wait again.
Never coming here again, yall ruined my day.
Made a Unilocal account just to let everyone else know, dont expect common sense from their employees. All it took to resolve the issue is to apologise, and say let me help you out with that. Customer is always right guys, come on, its the number one rule.

Good selection of baby swings and other items but a very rude customer service specially when you sell your stuff. The teen employees seem to have difficulty to read instructions of toys.

Staff at this location are always rude and unhelpful. They offer bottom of the line prices for items that are barely or have never been used. You’re better off selling online or in a yard sale than here.

The prices for clothing are very reasonable, but quite frankly the customer service in this place is horrendous and I would rather pay retail prices than to deal with rude people that could care less about customers.

I used to think that this place was great but now I have had such a bad experience the past few times I have been here I will never come back. The toys and clothes that are for sell are great prices and gently used. What you don’t know is how they buy back clothes or toys back. The first experience I had baby clothes that I wanted to sell and they told me they wouldn’t buy any of them because they were not matching sets. It is a ridiculous excuse when you see every pair of clothes that are in the store are not matching sets. So I’m not sure why they gave that excuse or they just didn’t want my clothes. The second bad experience and the one I am most disappointed on is the baby toys I wanted to try and sell back. I had 2 walkers, a 3 tier baby bouncer, building blocks and mambo. I called before to make sure they were taking my items and they said they were. When I arrived and tried to sell the items back they told me they would only buy the three tier baby bouncer and one of the walkers and only give me 28 dollars for both. These toys that I bought for over 150 dollars they were going to only give me 28 for both and then sell them for over 50 a piece ?? I just can’t let them basically steal my items only for them to make triple the profit. All of the toys we were selling back were in excellent condition and the reasoning for not buying back the rest of the toys were because they had stains on them. The stains that are on these toys are so small that you can’t even hardly see them. They are all thoroughly washed. I would never sell toys or buy toys that were not washed. All of the toys that they have in the store have some type of stain on them. I just don’t understand why I am being turned away on all my items when there is far worse toys there for sell that they bought. This place is a rip off. Don’t waste your time. You will be just as disappointed as me.

I went here the other day for the first time to sell some of my sons old clothes. From first impression it looked like a nice store to get some clothes on a budget. I would shop here, but never sell again. I came in with 3 trash bags plus 5 small grocery bags and a couple toys. I left my items there since the wait was almost two hours. They did call me in the time frame the estimated but when I got my appraisal I was a little shocked. They had mixed my clothes with someone else’s. They wanted to offer me about $ 30 for about 10 pairs of shoes, the toys and some random items that werent what I brought in. After taking the offer for the shoes and toys I went home. After then I found out that they never even opened or looked through the big bags of clothes. Huge dissapoimtment. Wont ever waste my time selling here again.

This place is wonderful! ((if you’re having a hard time finding it, it’s next to Harbor Freights.)) they have a fabulous selection of baby-​toddler-​children clothing, shoes, and toys. I’ve never bought shoes, but I have bought lots of clothing and toys. They have a reward punch card, spend a certain amount then get a discount. I have never traded in items, but I’ve seen tons of people do it, so I assume it’s well worth it. If your looking for reasonably priced children clothing and toys, this is your place!
