After many hundreds of dollars and what I felt was a consistent good dry cleaning experience with MW Cleaners, the unfortunate proof was in the pudding when our first problem began. I received back one of my more expensive Hermes shirts with a horrible tear in the forearm. Based on my then satisfied experience with them I expected a fair outcome. They initially took responsibility for the damage tried to repair it unsuccessfully, and took weeks to research and deliberate only to have the sticker shock of the shirt’s retail cost hit them where they quickly retreated and offered me pennies on the dollar in store credit as compensation claiming the shirt was «falling apart already». It’s a shame to patronize an establishment with your hard earned money only to be treated poorly when they damage your property. To be spending the higher rates with them you would expect them to hold to a higher standard and have provided a different outcome. I will no longer do business with a company that does not take responsibility for their actions and treats their customers and their belongings as expendable and would caution any current or future customer to reconsider allowing them to take care of your more expensive articles.

Five stars is not enough for this location. This is a fantastic dry cleaners. All I can say is they owe it all to the fantastic ERIKA. She is by far one of the best employees I have seen in Houston. She is always so helpful and kind. She always has a huge smile on her face. I have left large amounts of cash and credit cards by accident in my clothing and she calls me immediately to let me know she has it for me. What a honest good person. That is very rare these days she really made my week. You cant find people like her much anymore. All I can say is MW Cleaners you need to give her a RAISE!!!

I have been using MW Cleaners for over 2 years and I am completely satisfied and never had any problems with my clothes or service. I recently signed up for delivery and Kevin is absolutely the nicest guy and always consistent about picking up and dropping off my clothes. The FREE home delivery is awesome and one less errand I have to run! My clothes are always perfectly pressed and look great. Thank you MW Cleaners.

Poor service, lost track of clothing multiple times. Disorganized. Even when you have coupons, never clear how you are being charged per item. Very dissatisfied.

I don’t know why I keep coming back every now and then when they email me specials. Of course I fall for it and they NEVER charge as the coupon states.
Before dropping off, I would always make sure my items and coupon is understood by the employee. She agrees and of course, when I get my clothes, I am overcharged. I bring it to their attention and their response is, I can’t do anything until my manager approves it. The manager is NEVER there. I leave my name and number and NEVER get a call back.
Therefore this is the last straw out of 6 years playing this love/​hate relationship with MW cleaners specifically Cinco ranch and mason. I am NEVER (can you see a pattern) coming back.
Oh and the prices are expensive for crappy service.

Service is very expensive compared to other Katy area dry cleaner and for the same quality if not better.
My family and I just moved to this state and we had over $ 2,000.00 worth of clothes, comforters, drapes that needed washing.
After spending that money and more my family and I continued to be treated very rudely! Spoke to the manager and no apologies or support. I do not Recommend MW Cinco Ranch/​Spring Green, perhaps another branch might be more professional and respectful.
BAD BUSINESS. Avoid at all cost!

Tonight I was late getting away from my store because a customer came in 5 minutes after we closed. I was courteous and waited on him for 15 minutes even though he did not buy anything. At our store we believe that if you are nice to someone when they don’t buy anything, that they will remember that when it is time to buy.
The reason I say this is because I drove up to MW Cinco Ranch 5 minutes late to pick up the outfit I had hoped to wear tonight. With two employees inside, one mouthed «We’re closed».
Guess what? I’ve spent $ 100 each of the three times I’ve been here in the last 2.5 months. Guess what else? I won’t be back.
Regardless of their attitude, their cleaning is overpriced without their coupons.

Lost a blouse — kept putting me off on doing anything about it. MW Cleaners is WAY too expensive service to not stand behind their customers. I kept getting empty promises and then nothing. I had several family members who had gone with then — excited about the home delivery service — they have ALL now stopped using this cleaners.
No customer service — not worth the very high prices they charge.

Wow, the service was terrible. I decided to go to the drive-​through because I had my baby with me. I’ve heard that MW is expensive, but thought it would be worth it for the drive-​through. I used to go to River Oaks Cleaners on Bellaire in town and they were so helpful and friendly. I was waiting and waiting behind another car, not sure what they were talking about. Finally, I got out to ask if I needed to fill something out since it was my first time. The lady working there was now on the phone and actually pointed at me to wait! Then she was so rude looking at me with this face like «duh, yes you have to fill out something, just wait.» Unbelievable! Not going back despite convenience of a drive-​through. All she had to do was say «I’ll be right with you. Sorry about the wait.» (without the attitude).
