History
Established in 2011.
I was in the engineering field for 10 years as an analyst, crunching numbers & got laid off back in 2010. So after that I decided to go into the real estate business, got my Realtor license & started working for a Re/Max office immediately. It started out slowly during a slow period, but it was a good opportunity to learn the trade from fellow Realtors & it was a great, educational experience. After about a year, my business & clients started growing tremendously. Each year I go back for more training & certifications. My certifications include: CIPS, CDPE.
I provide my clients with comprehensive services to meet their unique needs & ensure their success. One of the keys to my success as a Realtor is building strong, long-term relationships with all of my clients by providing & maintaining high levels of quality communication, execution & performance, resulting in the client’s success, satisfaction. «We are only as successful as our clients!», states Laura Hill.

One of the reasons I was so compelled to start my own real estate business, besides loving every aspect of it, I had a terrible experience with a Realtor years & years ago when trying to sell my 10 acre property at the time.
I will not go into the details, but let’s just say the Realtor I used was practicing unethical & illegal procedures for their own benefit. It left such a bad taste, that I was determine to give the public a Realtor who they can trust & truly works for their best interest. I was not a Realtor at the time, but eventually did become one & of course never forgot that experience. It is definitely one of the driving factors that makes me fight for my clients whether getting a better selling price or negotiating a lower or better price for my buyers. I am excited every day coming into work, because I know there is an opportunity for me to change lives for the better & to me that’s what it’s all about, helping people achieve their goals in real estate.
