This place does my eyebrows the best! They just look at them and know exactly what to do! The laser treatments are fast and the ladies are professional… what more do you need!

I LOVE this place everyone is so nice and do an awesome job on everything I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded and multiple facials and I always love the outcome I even got a complementary underarm laser treatment and I’m already seeing results definitely I recommend coming here however they did move! Their new location is on westheimer and commercial parkway in the same shopping area as ooh la la.

I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments for almost six months with Jezzelle at Kaaya and must admit that the results are amazing. I have pretty much gone the entire summer without the need to shave/​wax. Why pay for waxing to get limited results? The laser treatments costs the same as waxing per area but with more permanent results. Treat yourself, you’ll be happy and your money well spent. As for the pain… very similar to what you feel when being waxed but again the benefit is more permanent results.

Went in for a simple eyebrow waxing, was not satisfied with the outcome.
She did not pluck remaining hair and left a spot with wax. Truthfully worst waxing I have ever received.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded. Horrible job. It shouldn’t be as painful as it felt. Not satisfied… will not recommend for threading. I’m only complaining about threading not their other services.

Jahan is the nicest beautician you will meet she’ll talk to about life while doing your eyebrows lol. best place if your desi and you want a hair cut or threading done. GO! :)

I always recommend Kaaya to all my friends looking to get laser hair removal.
Got almost my full body done here & now I don’t have to worry about waxing or shaving anymore which saves me a lot of trouble :) The actual laser hair removal itself is not that painful, and the results are totally worth the time.
The place itself is clean & nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and actually cares about your individual needs, and will help you schedule an appointment, regardless of how busy your schedule may be.

I come here for full body laser, and I must say they are the best! Of course laser is expensive, but they make sure that I get my money’s worth. Kaaya cares about it’s clients and I recommend them for laser hair removal!

Had been going to see Ana for quite a while and had scheduled a special appointment with her a month before my wedding. My appointment was set for week and a half before my big day so I believed she understood it was important that she spend time with me. She had other individuals and families coming during my appointment time so she wasn’t attentive in the least bit. By the time I left I had been there for over five hours and my hair was extremely over processed. I didn’t realize until the time I got home that there were SCABS all over my scalp from where the chemicals had burned my scalp which I had told her and she didn’t seem to react. When it was finally time for my trim she was brushing my hair while it was wet from top to bottom and breaking my hair like crazy, not only that she was scraping my scalp with the fine tooth comb used for trimming my hair. Needless to say I never went back and have since cut my hair to the shortest length I’ve ever had it in my life due to the damage she caused. Good luck to any person scheduled with her. Expect to be there a minimum of three hours even if only for a trim.
