Roland and Roy and the whole crew at Impress are so helpful! I have a small business and whenever we have computer issues, they come to the rescue and fix our computers. They keep records on what we buy so they know the history of our machines. They send emails out with suggestions for upgrades and warnings about viruses. They are our IT department! I recommend them to all who need computer support for their business.

We made the move to Impress after years with another local computer store. We had a project and couldn’t get the answers we needed from our existing company, and they could never correct a problem we were having. The very 1st call we made to impress they were able to answer our questions. There has never been a case where they had to «get back to us». We’ve now ordered a few pieces of equipment from them and have been happy with the price and service with each visit. Great staff, always willing to answer your question and provide suggestions. Not a high sales pitch kind of place, but they are great at making sure they understand what you need and getting you the right product. Highly recommend everyone go to them!

I personally recommend Impress. I am not good when it comes to printers and making them work, and when I couldn’t figure out what the problem was, Impress helped me out. My Cannon printer has not had a problem since!
I love the honesty and hard work they provide. They moved to a new location in Provincial Blvd (right by the Fiesta on Mason), love the new place, bigger, and much nicer!

Impress Computers did a review of the equipment in our office to help determine what needed to be upgraded and what needed to be replaced. They did not try to oversell, instead they offered less expensive alternatives to what I otherwise would have purchased. The service great! We will continue to use Impress Computers for our IT needs.

I am «impressed»! I got their telephone number from their car, and called them because of an issue with my email on the way into work. They called me within the hour (which was perfect) and got it running and all is well with the computer. I recommend using them at all costs! So much more responsive than their competitors!

I love Impress Computers! If you need a new computer or just need a cartridge for your printer, Impress is THE place to go! The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable. They tell it «like it is» and they let you know just what is necessary to make your computer work better. I have bought a home printer, a desktop computer and a laptop computer from them plus before I bought these new computers, I had them service my old ones. I trust them to give me honest advice any time I need it. They recently moved to a new location and it is gorgeous! It is big and roomy with the same friendly and helpful staff. You will get top quality service every time! Give them a try for your computer needs. At Impress Computers, they WILL Impress YOU!

We love Impress computers and have done business with them for over 10 years… probably closer to 12!
The new location is so much nicer and more convenient! Looks like they are going to have a lot more goodies that I didn’t know I couldn’t do without in the new store!
I really like that the staff at Impress is willing to listen to you and sell you what you NEED or might need to grow into but never OVERSELL you… how many times have you tried to buy tech stuff and you think, all I really need this for is to write a paper and some internet and email and the sales person tries to sell you the $ 3000 ultra gaming turbo charged monster computer because «yeah, you’ll be glad you have it later». It’s huge to know you’re going to get what you need because they listen and they have built their business on REPEAT and REFERRAL customers who come back time and time again!
I have found myself counting on the guys from Impress Computers for everything from ink and toner for my printers to virus removal, technical issues and buying computers! We’ve purchased numerous desktops and a few laptops from Impress and their service and warranty they stand behind what they sell is second to none!
Knowing who is going to actually deliver what you pay for when it comes to computers and technical support is so hit and miss in the world today and I’m glad I have the guys at Impress so that I don’t have to mess with trying to figure out who the best is… it’s already at Impress!

Impress is my favorite computer place ever! First they have the most amazing and helpful staff ever! Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!!!
