You will find some great stuff here on a good day but be prepared to wait for the slow staff to check you out. Average cleanliness. Restrooms are usually okay.

This place is ok for finding good things, but the staff is so incredibly slow with absolutely no regard for how many people are in line to checkout: Carrying on conversations with other employees, Walking away from the register when someone is obviously in line to checkout, clearly not trained to properly check out customers correctly or efficiently, etc. Most employees look and act like they do not want to be there and are just all around annoyed and blah. That’s my big complaint about basically ALL the Goodwills in Katy — the Employees.

Have supported this entity for years, in the past the different drop off locations have a person with a cart to come to your car and load, not here at this location. Am purging again, rugs, kitchen appliances, lamps, small electronics, 20 men’s suits, a large amount of items and yet nobody came out with a cart, it was as if items were being thrown into a door and then someone closes the door at the end of the day. It was so disorganized, I reminded them that the crock pot was like new, please don’t break the lid, my comments were ignored, the woman was rude and I won’t come back to this location, cars are whizzing by so not safe for anyone to unload if they are not alert to this snafu.

Not as many nice vintage finds to be had here, but you can find good contemporary stuff for really low prices. My trips here have yielded me some super bargains on J Crew, Banana Republic and Anthro clothing. Friendly helpful employees and everything is well priced. Nicely organized and clean.
