George’s A C & Heat

George has always taken care of our AC and Heat at our home in Katy. Great service, quick response time to calls, priced fairly, and always takes time to explain any issues our system may have. Thank you for keeping us cool in the TX summers and warm in the wintertime.

George is honest and reasonable. He has serviced our home for years and years… and
replaced units. He DOES return calls quickly. HIghly dependable.

Looked at all the reviews for George’s AC, thought wow no problems here. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Spent two days trying to get him to return a call from 281 391 6968; it is an answering service and has atrocious service. Put on hold for 10 minutes, finally answered and told by the answering service George would call, Nope. Called 2^nd Day 2^nd message and told George would call. George called third day and refused to go to the home to service it as his friend Dan with Absolute Comfort AC, which has bad reviews, was the current repair company for the home we were purchasing. I saw the work being done on the existing equipment and it was not being maintained properly, but I thought at least I could meet him and see if he was tolerable. George gave me 281 394 0842 as Dan’s number and it has been disconnected. Once again, tried to call George again… back to the answering service… George will call… George will call. Absolutely horrendous service, good luck if you choose to let this guy work on your equipment. I doubt you will even be able to reach him. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
