Gadget Fix

I was pleased with the customer service provided, the technician was quick repairing my laptop. The only challenge was they are pretty busy so you will have to follow up on the status of your item being repaired. For example, I dropped my laptop Thursday afternoon; it was ready Friday but they didn’t notify me so I actually picked up my laptop Monday morning.
I would recommend, hopefully I won’t need to use their services but should the need arise; it’s good to know that they provide reliable services.
They are modestly priced.

Awesome service, my daughter broke her iPad screen first thing Saturday morning I brought it to them when they opened at noon and they said it would be repaired that day. Which was perfect as she left for Germany the following day. Great service, fast and friendly.

I called and got a quote over the phone to fix my ipad 3 screen at 4:30. They beat the competition by about 30% AND had a Unilocal special giving me another $ 25 off! They said they would have to keep it overnight. When I explained I REALLY needed it back that day he said if I can get it to him by 5 he would have it finished by 7.
Not only was the price amazing… But he had it finished for me by 6:30, called me, AND waited for me a few minutes after closing time bc I’m habitually late.
He ALSO gave me a nice durable case for ONLY $ 25 AND installed it free of charge.
THERE IS NOT A BETTER PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE/​IPAD/​COMPUTER repaired in Katy. They are new to town… but told us they have been in the industry for almost 10 years.
Great price, great service, great turn-​around, great conversation, and overal the best place I have found (after getting my screen replaced over 5 times) to service repairs. I will refer all my friends here.

I took my iPad mini in to get the screen repaired. The front desk, manager, and tech were all very polite and nice. They were also very knowledgeable. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was okay and went out of their way to do the repairs correctly. I really appreciate his business being close and would recommend them to anyone.

Gadget Fix did an awesome job fixing my phone. It looks brand new. Not to mention the service! He took less than an hour to fix my iphone and it didn’t lose any information. Thank you Tamer!

I chose Gadget Fix because they had a Groupon and my iPad had CRACKS after I dropped it in the parking lot at work. I was nervous because they didn’t have any reviews on here, but I figured it couldn’t be any worse that some of the other places that do screen repair with VERY mixed reviews. I went in and was helped by Tamer, the owner. The Groupon site was acting up on his computer, so we chatted as we waited for the technology to get its act together. He told me that his employees and he moved down here from Ohio after establishing a similar business up there. (I found that business on here and it has a 5-​star rating, many of which were customers he’d worked with, but I’m not linking to it because he sold his part of the business to his partner and he doesn’t want to risk his business’s reputation if that business goes in another direction.) Anyway, we had a nice chat about Houston and stuff and he promised it would be ready at about the same time the next day (today). My iPad was as good as new AND he gave me a good deal on a new case that would do a better job of protecting it than the one that was one it when I dropped it. So, yeah, it was a pretty great experience — friendly, professional business person, a great deal pricewise, and the work done right the first time. I highly recommend this place!
