I am very disappointed with this company. I have used them in the past, was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. In fact, they serviced my 3 units this past spring. For the past month, however, I have had problems with our smallest unit. They sent out a tech and I thought the problem was fixed but it was not. I have called twice. First, I was told the owner would call. He never did. I called again and set up an appointment. I was even given a time. He never showed up. I have called the office repeatedly only to go straight to voicemail. I’m looking for another AC/​heating company!

G & H is honest and fast. Our downstairs AC went out on a Sunday (of course) and I called to see if I could get it repaired. I have used other AC repair places but they ALWAYS seem to want to replace my unit versus repair it. That was not the case with G & H. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, showed me what was wrong and fixed it for an honest price. I will use them again for sure!

These folks have their stuff together when it comes to HVAC. Our Tech was really knowledgeable, did a great job and had us up and running in no time. Their office could do a better job with communications, which is why I can’t give them the 5th star.

If you are looking for a company of integrity and honesty, this is the one! I have purchased a furnace and an air conditioner from G & H and found them to be experts in their field. They explain problems and repairs in layman’s terms. As a senior citizen I was treated with respect and consideration. They keep their appointments on time and are friendly to pets. This is a great local company! Don’t hesitate to call them!
