Unbelievable service. My downstairs unit wasn’t working so I had another company (Air Team) come out on a Thursday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem that I needed a new blower and the coils replaced. The blower would be $ 650 and the coils $ 1975. This on top of the $ 80 service charge. I then called Crump for a second opinion at about 4:45. They had someone out that evening to check the unit. They confirmed the blower needed to be replaced but that it was too early to tell about the coils until they fixed the blower. They came the next day, replaced the blower, confirmed there was no major leak so the coils didn’t need to be replaced and added 2 lbs of coolant, all for $ 375. Greg was courteous and professional. Crump had a new customer for life!!! Very highly recommend!!!

Last year I had Crump come out to quote a new HVAC System after being told by another company that I needed it replaced. Crump inspected it and told me they would not take my money needlessly — that I only needed to top-​off my refrigerant. They did that and a year later it’s still working. i called them out again to inspect it and it’s still fine. Both times they were on-​time, courteous, respectful and informative. The neighbors I referred were equally pleased. Class act!

I was having problems with my AC system. It overflowed causing for it to do water damage in my guest bathroom. Thank God I called Crump AC and Heating. Seth came over, explained to me everything in ways I can understand it. He fixed the problem, and I asked him to replace the old existing AC. He gave me a fair price, and installed it with his team: Seth, Greg, and Bryce. They worked as a team, and got everything installed and working. They’re very professional, polite, and they care for their customers. I’m the Anxious kind a customer who ask a lot of questions, they were very accommodating to all my concerns. Thank you Crump AC!

I called Crump A/​C and Hearing on a Wednesday morning and they were at my house that day. They came in and diagnosed my issue and had it fixed it in a timely manner. They were fast and checked everything for me and even told me what I might need in the future. They were very honest and professional. As a single mother I really appreciate the honesty and the more than fair expense that they charged me. I am very grateful for their service and would recommend them to everyone!
