Bam Pest Control

My family had their service for rodent control. The technician Don told us while there’s no warranty for tile roof– which means no refund if rodents are not complete eradicated, he will come back within a yr of initial service (1÷7÷2013) if rodents are still present to reset the traps and check if the tiles are still sealed at no charge. After one year we have to option to renew at $ 130 for each subsequent yr. For the past couple of weeks, we have rodent problems again so we scheduled for service to check the traps and make sure tiles are still sealed. On the day of the service, the Merchant suddenly called and wanted more money $ 130 for the service. Well, the year is not up yet as we just signed up in January. Merchant refused to service us and claimed the $ 633 we paid is only for the first visit and no warranty, which is not what we were told. Seriously no one in their right mind would fork over $ 633 for setting some mouse traps & 3 tiles sealed off. BAM took our money and never blinked. All we want is for Merchant to fulfill his words of coming back to reset the traps and make sure tiles are sealed for one yr after initial install. However we are very upset with his service and just don’t want to deal with this Merchant anymore.

BAM Pest Control does a great job of pest control. They are always very courteous and arrive on time. A big plus also is they are a local Katy business and I always support local businesses if possible.
