Aston at Cinco Ranch

Horrible place!!! Never even look at these apartments, you will like the outside but what these people are like is AWFUL!

New property management has completely ruined living here! Pretty on the outside is the best way to put it. Rude staffing, calls for maintenance that get ‘booked’ then no show, when I have to call again. It’s ‘who, when did y call…’ Redic! maintenance crew is so unskilled I truly believe they pick them up on the road as day wagers. I used to let the old crew have free rein in my place. Not anymore!
It took 4 appts to fix a running toilet
My AC went out at 6pm. I called it went to answering service to go to ‘on call’ maintain r. 30 minutes later, nothing. I call again. Thirty minutes later I call yet again. I’m being told ‘he knows. What do you want me to do’. My apartment is 80+ degrees! 30 later I call again. They said. My ’24 hour emergency service’ claims he doesn’t fix AC after dark. What!!! Then I was told they requested he relay this message he refused that request. Wha!!! Then on top of that the service didn’t bother to tell me. So, I’m up till 11 waiting on a call they knew was not going to come. This is the last straw!
I’m moving asap. Done
