A spiritual retreat every time I am on the grounds. Tours and archives put you right back to the time that B&L lived their. Their executive director recently took another position but was a force of nature raising community awareness and ongoing events. Not sure how things will run moving forward but you owe it to yourself to Tory the grounds and breath in the serenity

Stepping Stones is the former Bedford Hills residence of Alcoholics Anonymous co-​founder Bill Wilson and his wife, Al-​Anon founder, Lois Wilson.
Steppings Stones is not only a museum full of pictures, letters and various treasure of these two movements but this is also where most of Bill’s writing was done. This well preserved property oozes with the rich history of the greatest social movement of the 20th century.
