I can’t even begin to say how happy I am that I made the trip to Super Geeks Kapolei instead of the other guys 5 minutes from my house in Pearl City. Shawn and Don are amazing! If you have computer problems or if your like me and left a six year old unattended on your laptop for less than 20 minutes and came back to find popups and and various other websites have taken over your computer you have to come and see Shawn and Don at the Kapolei Super Geeks. They also have locations in Mccully and Kaneohe if you don’t live on west side. Super Geeks is now my official go to place for computer/​tech problems! Thanks again guys, you guys rock!!!

Shawn and Don is the best there is and very trust worthy. What’s amazing is they keep you posted on everything that happens

There is NO SUPER GEEK in Kapolei! False advertisment! Asked their operator if they had one and he was extremely RUDE about it. When I said it clearly says that you guys have one in Kapolei? He insisted that there isn’t. lol. hmmmm??? So to ALL no super geeks in Kapolei!

I would like to submit an «atta-​boy» review for you. I was in Kapolei last week with a brand new Windows 8.1 computer. I already had a virus and the touch pad was broken (only bought it like 48 hours earlier!). The service tech was wonderful, friendly and sooo knowledgeable! He got rid of the virus, installed Scrabble for me, removed McAfee and installed Avast… while I waited! He charged way less than he probably should have. The business card I grabbed says Tyson Yoshikawa on it. Please pass my big THANK YOU on to him and please use this review wherever you would like. Pat Shook from California.

Had a very positive experience at SuperGeeks. Highly recommend them, especially if you are someone, like me, who is not fully comfortable with technology issues and prefer service from people who are fair and patient.
Due to some of my computer problems, I went to their store or talked to someone on the phone may be 6 to 8 times. The customer service was amazing, helpful, and superb. Every time I spoke with one of the geeks I felt like they actually cared about me. This is so rare nowadays.
I only used SuperGeeks so I can’t honestly compare them in terms of repairing or tech knowledge to other places. But, they explained everything in plain English and every step of the way.
More importantly, I felt they were very honestly and fairly dealing with me because they approached the problem saying that if the laptop was repairable it would cost X amount; if not the other option was to retrieve info to an external hard-​drive with a complete refund for the labor on repairing the laptop.

Was very skeptic about taking my computer to Super Geeks.
My friend normally fixes it for me, but was in an accident and could not do it.
Did not have anyone to see, so I decided to go to Super Geeks in Kapolei.
Shiloh at the Kapolei store was Awesome.
Took my tower in because it was not working.
Shilo did a diagnostic test and found out that my power supply was out.
Told me it was going to take about 2 – 3 days but if I wanted to pay for priorty service I could get it back by the end of the day.
I waited about 20 minutes and it was done.
Talk about fast service. I was truly a happy customer and will come back again if anything happens to my comuper.

I have used the service of SuperGeeks twice. First time, my computer caught a virus and just when I thought that all my files were gone forever, SuperGeeks came to the rescue. They have several offices, which made it convenient for me to «hospitalize» my computer, the service is priced right and they work very fast understanding the urgent need of the computer. So, they saved my computer and my data (and my money!).
I started getting the newsletters with a lot of interesting information about comuters and Internet in general. The fact that they design websites caught my attention. I’ve tried two different web designers for my business website and it has been a painful experience. So I contacted SuperGeeks to check them out. I am a very picky customer, so I valued that they are always superfriendly, always have time and patience to listen to my requests and changes. Long story short, they did my business website and it is exactly what I envisioned. The price was really good for the amount of work they did with it. My webdesigner Erin is very knowledgeable and so prompt in her responses. I am absolutely happy with the final product! I get a lot of positive feedback from my customers about my website. Highly recommended!
