I had this company last year and recently updated the ought ADT due to their contract being 5 years and I felt was too long. But they were good when I had them, I just thought needed to try other companies and had a typical contract for 3 years only

I posted an earlier review that I felt obligated to take down and revise after my problem with Lifeline was solved by the owner Todd Bedford. What began as a huge headache over a contractual issue was quickly resolved by Todd. I send a big Mahalo to him for his integrity and good business practice. I would gladly do business with Todd and Lifeline again!

Professional, excellent and helpful! They installed an excellent alarm system at my former workplace a few years ago. The church continues to be secured and protected by Lifeline Fire and Security. Their products and customer service are second to none!

We have had Lifeline for over 4 years now and highly recommend them. We recently moved and needed to update our system. Sean came out and was very professional and made the experience a very pleasant one. Also, Lifeline has always been quick respond when our alarm is triggered. Great response time and great service.

Sean stopped by and discussed new available options and technology and I decided to upgrade our old system, a couple of days later Ernie installed the new system and explained all the features.

We’ve been proud customers since we bought our 1^st home back in 2008. When we bought our 2^nd home a few months ago, we priced around just to cut costs. Turns out we found a lil cheaper company but Lifeline bent over backwards to satisfy us and keep us as customers. Shaun our sales guy, great communication! He had to go back and forth with the owner to get us to stay but that made us feel special! There was a lil miscommunication with the office girl with setting up our apps for the phone but mad props to her because u can tell she’s extremely knowledgeable and works after closing! Highly recommend!

I’d like to thank the gang at Lifeline for helping me upgrade my existing system. They have all the new technology that you may have seen on TV or other media. I’ve been a customer for many years and never had any problems or complaints with equipment or customer service. For those of you who may have encountered recent door to door sales persons all I can say is PLEASE BUY LOCAL. Lifeline is owned and run by very good old time local people that really care about their customers and community. They have done countless good deeds for the community through the involvement of a variety of community associations.

We just built a new home and are so glad we now have our home secured and protected by Lifeline Fire and Security. The decision to choose Lifeline over the many other «security» companies was an easy one to make. Lifeline is locally owned and operated which gives me a sense of security that should any issue arise, they are here on the island and not some company operated out of the mainland. They offered incredible personalized service from the owner Todd Bedford to the installer and the staff. Whenever I had questions with our security panel, they were always pleasant and immediately assisted me. They treat you like Ohana!

Lifeline has been a part of my families security for the past 8 years. They always provide professional, prompt service and they are the ONLY security system company that is owned, operated and the actual owner lives and works here in Hawaii. If you are looking for a security alarm, you need to look no further than Lifeline.

So I just finished my installation and the technician Wally was great. The install was quick and it didn’t seem inconvenient at all or bothersome as I have heard alarm installs can be from friends. Wally took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing when operating the system. There was a hiccup with the total connect but he was right on it and didn’t leave me hanging in the wind by telling me he gotta leave and come back god knows when. He stayed till it was done. I was also late because of work and I felt sorry for him but he still waited till I got there without making me feel like I’m gonna lay for that. That says a a lot about a business when they will try their best to accommodate a client. I have enjoyed my experience so far with lifeline. My salesman Sean stopped by after completion unexpectedly to check if I was satisfied. I must say that is a great business practice. It made me feel like they actually gave a damn and appreciated my business. Thanks lifeline.

My little niece just set off the alarm the other day, accidentally. Still too young to be able to punch in the disarm code, I guess! Sure enough, siren sounded for 30 seconds, then stopped, operator’s voice came on via the speakrphone, and so I made my niece give the verbal password to prove we’re not burglars. Even if she got all flustered and couldnt remember how to punch in the 4digit code and push the disarm button, so long she can remember the verbal password, she’d have been fine even if i hadnt been with her. Everyone’s alarm system should have the speakerphone-​thing!

These guys are great. The owner of the company Todd is honest, reliable and an overall nice guy. I have both of my offices and my home covered by Lifeline and haven’t had any problems. I’ve referred my family and friends to them, and will continue to do so.
