Dr. Mangialetti has been in private practice in Hawaii since 2003. She graduated from the University of Hawaii’s clinical psychology program in 1984 and has practiced in Hawaii and New York ever since.

Besides being a psychologist, Dr. Mangialetti is an avid ice skater and writer. She has dabbled in stand-up comedy and humorous science writing, and is a lifetime member of the New York Area Skeptics, an organization dedicated to exposing pseudoscientific and paranormal nonsense. She is a past employee of the Better Business Bureau, and is great at sniffing out scams.
