My kids absolutely love itrampoline!!! All their friends too! They can jump and jump for hours… literally! It is well ventilated has separate restroom facilities to accommodate both men and women (and it’s air conditioned)…and kept clean. They do have pizza, water and some type of sports drink for sale. They even have a toddler area. Over all fun, but it can be ta bit costly if you have a big family. I think they have group rates and they accommodate parties too! Prices are per person per hour. You can purchase online and it’s a couple dollars cheaper, but their website is a little hard to maneuver thru. All in all very fun place for everyone!

Tons of fun for all ages. To bad it’s so far from town but it’s still worth the drive. Clean facility and a helpful and friendly staff made our first party there a fun one. Hope to see another one open in town.

If you have hyper active or low energy kids, this is a good place to bring them to get their workouts.
It’s located in Kapolei. After you take the waterpark exist, it’ll take another 10 minutes to get there especially if there’s road closure. They are closed on Wednesdays so call ahead to make sure they’re open.
They charge by an hour and it’s $ 16. It is kind of stiff but they don’t time you exactly 1 hour. We played roughly 1 hour and an half. You also have to purchase a special socks so you don’t slip and fall. I believe it was $ 3 and you get to keep them. Also, sign your waiver form before getting in the paying line.
Bathrooms are inside a trailer but very clean. The whole place is clean and neat. You can have parties here too. They also have a huge screen TV, games, playhouse for toddler. My favorite was the 80s arcade machine with pac-​man and galaga.
As for the trampoline, there’s about 4 different areas. One huge area that looks like a big tic tac toe, a dodge ball area, a basketball area, and styrofoam area.
This place is not air conditioned but have huge ceiling fans. I must say it was quite breezy and cool. I can’t say how it is during hot summer.

I don’t even know where to start.
My daughter really wanted her birthday party here. I emailed iTrampoline and said we might be expecting a lot of people (60 – 70 guests) and asked if that would be a problem. They said it shouldn’t be a problem and they would try their best to accommodate us. When I went to pay my balance one week before the party, I (again) let the «lead» know that we were having more people than expected. He said he would move our party to the larger area (which I appreciated). I wanted to pay everything off that day, as well as order extra food. My husband specifically said TWICE that we wanted to order ahead of time so the food would be on time to the party (we were told it takes an extra 45 minutes to order on the day of). I asked what time we would be allowed in to set up. He said «we set everything up for you»…I thought, «great, i don’t have to worry.»
WRONG!
I got to iTrampoline a half hour early like they said we were able to. NOTHING (I wish I could bold that word) was ready!!! When I say nothing, I mean we literally had THREE picnic tables (for the 60 – 70 people we told them we were expecting), ONE table for food, NO decorations, NO food/​drinks, NOTHING. Then I find out the food wouldn’t be at the party until 2 hours later. So my guests are supposed to sit there and stare at each other for two hours??? It would be fine if we were able to at least bring outside food/​pupu, but that’s not allowed! The drinks weren’t brought out until over an hour after the party started, nothing was organized, my family and I (pregnant and all) had to carry extra tables and chairs to our party area. By the way, does iTrampoline put into consideration people who have allergies? I had a guest with gluten allergies. Guess what she ate? NOTHING. Why? Because we are only allowed to order from iTrampoline. Yes, I could’ve ordered chicken wings but I was unaware of this guest’s diet being gluten free. If I was able to bring outside food, I would’ve had a variety of options rather than just «cheese/​pepperoni pizza».
I paid for two hours of jumping time for our guests, which left us with less than an hour to eat the cold, late pizza, sing happy birthday and eat cake, and open gifts. Really? After I had to waste my time picking up your staff’s slack of not being prepared for the party I just paid a lot of money for?
I was completely embarrassed in front of all our guests. Not once did the «lead» come to check on us or apologize.

My daughter had her 12^th birthday party here (this was 2^nd Bday party at I-​tramp). Have to give a big shout out to our party hostess SARAH (more about how wonderful she was in a bit)!
All of the kids – 9 6^th graders, mix of boys and girls – had a great time! New since the last time we had been in — AIR CONDITIONING! That combined with the giant turbine fans had the place more than comfortably cool. I actually had to go back to my car and get a jacket since I wasn’t jumping to keep warm.
Very helpful staff from the minute I booked the party online. I got email confirmation, all forms sent to me, once I sent guest list they even sent me a list of those that needed waivers. Very nice front desk staff, took our ice cream cake and whisked it away to their freezer.
Now, here’s where SARAH comes in. As our hostess, she came right in to magically make the table covers the color my daughter wanted. Confirmed our food order and asked if we wanted to add anything which we did (extra pizzas). Very nice to all of the kids. She was working two other party areas but she always seemed to be right there at ours at exactly the time we needed her. Not one kid had to wait for the party wrist band.
While the kids were jumping… adult comfort: very, very clean restrooms considering the volume and age of clientele; multiple tv monitors and even one large projection featuring the highest interest football game of the day/​hour; clearly marked party sections color-​coded with balloons – we felt like we had our own «room»; good lines of sight to the main areas that the pre-​teens were going to and from– we could see but let them have their fun without hovering; also comfy sofas and even massage lounge chairs if you wanted.
Besides the air-​conditioning other amenities: new water station with self-​serve coolers and cups; nice arcade area with air hockey tables that were large enough for all of the kids to get around, a projected game on the floor that the kids went nuts about, and wifi.
So here comes Sarah just before the kids jump time is up. «Would we like the pizzas now?» Yes. She brought them out and my husband and I quickly had a bite so that once the kids came they could just chow and we could get them what they needed. Besides the already decorated area that came with our party, she brought the «comes with» 2 sizes of paper plates (sturdy ones), napkins, cups, and utensils.
About 20 minutes later she asked if we were ready for cake. Yes. She brought out our cake and even a knife to cut it with (without me asking) which was perfect because I had forgotten to bring one. I think Sarah had noticed that and just brought one to the table. That was when she got the first hug of gratitude from me!
After the ice cream cake the kids gravitated over to the arcade area. Here comes Sarah again and she immediately is consolidating the pizza down into one box and unobtrusively helping us to pack up. She didn’t make us feel rushed while she did this, it was more like having a friend at your house just helping you in the kitchen after a meal.
I liked having a party there before, but Sarah’s attentiveness made this time truly STRESS-​FREE. And this is on the day after Thanksgiving when anyone is likely to be stressed to some degree. She was pleasant, cheerful, efficient, and anticipated what we needed every step of the party.
Sarah told me, «About cleaning up… take what you want (the plates, napkins, etc), leave what you don’t, but you do have to take home all the kids!» What a perfect ending line to a very, nice party.
As parents came to pick up our guests one by one, they could see their kid over in the arcade having a great time. Wouldn’t be surprised if there is another party generated out of our party; for some of the families it was the first time inside of iTrampoline and the place is impressive.
So, 5 stars from our family and if I could give a 6^th star it would go to Sarah.

We came around 4 o clock on a weekday.
It was perfect not to busy or hot. The fans were on full blast and you could appreciate the cool down after a jump. The facility is a good size with video games, massage chairs and a under 2 play area. The only thing I wish they had was a full concession stand. Sort of like what you would find at ice palace. Overall good experience!

Worst Birthday Party Experience EVER!
This is an unbiased review — 100% facts.
We, my wife and I, decided to have my daughters 13^th Birthday party at Itrapoline. Big mistake.
Our party was scheduled for two hours. The two hours would have been perfect BUT… (We’ll get in to that shortly). The first hour is for jumping, second for eating. The first hour was great and everyone had fun. After jumping it was time to eat. We were ready to eat but there wasn’t any food. Itrampoline outsources the pizza to the near by Papa Johns which is understandable BUT they rely on them to deliver as well. To make a long story short, we had 20 min to eat the pizza, eat cake and open presents. After jumping the whole party felt like we were in a big hurry. Eat this, eat this, open this. It was ridiculous! The did offer us more time but the parents, and us, had plans and needed to stick to our time frame. ITRAMPOLINE SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE CALLING ME WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO FIGURE OUT SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION AND IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NOT ONE CALL!!!
I understand things aren’t always going to go according to plan but they did not handle the situation in a professional manner. Their solution was 10% off. Still waiting for a call.
It’s a fun place but I wanted to share my story.

So anyways, My son, who has special needs along with some sensory sensitivity was having difficulty time entering the premises one day because it was extremely crowded and loud. We weren’t able to redeem our voucher so it later expired with several attempts. We decided to go another day and there was a handful of people, not too crowded. Checking in, I had explained to Janine the situation the last few times we tried to come and was delighted to honor the expired voucher. She saw that my son was having some difficulty and asked me a few questions why my son was having a difficult time. She took the time to listen to me, and was so kind enough to lower the volume of the music without having to ask her. I thought this was so thoughtful, and my son was actually calming down and ended up enjoying his jump activity.
Overall, it always touches me to see employees willing to learn about some of the different disabilities that families have to deal and cope with. Many times we struggle to get our child out to the public, but as hard it is, we at least like to try. It makes it so much better that businesses with employees who have an open mind or just having the awareness of the type of population they serve know how to make them feel welcome.
Thank you Janine and to the other staff who helped my son feel comfortable and welcome.

We had a deluxe Birthday package with 10 jumpers. We got there 30 mins early to register and check everyone in like it said to be! When I walked in itrampoline, 3 of my guest already had their birthday (jumper) bands on! :) Our host, who I believe was Juney/​Judy??? She walked up to me before I even got to stand in line (haven’t met her before) she greeted me and told me she gave bands out to my guest who came to check in and she had my tables ready if I was ready to be seated!
Walked up to our area, and the tables were all done and covered in pink n purple tablecloths like I requested and they even added balloons & streamers around the area. (No additional cost/​included) There were 4 tables for my 10 paid jumpers & their parents as well! She showed me where to grab my drinks that came along with the package which was in a cooler in our area, so that was really convenient. I had extra jumpers that came that day and she added them on with no hassle, if ever I needed to add on drinks or socks she added them to my tab and quickly made it happen! She even brought the whole sock dresser to our Birthday area. There were even some adults who decided they wanted to jump, they paid on their own at the front desk and June followed them to put on their birthday bands to get everyone on the same jump time.
They announce over the speaker that our birthday child’s/and guests jump time was over and it was «Time for some pizzaa!!» Lol I thought that was funny, what a good way to get the kids out. The pizza was out and ready when we were getting settled at the tables. I even asked if we could have the cake and ice cream at the same time, she brought them out as well. She even asked if I wanted her to turn off the giant ceiling fan so we wouldn’t have to fight the wind while the birthday candles were lit.
When it came time to check out June met me up front at the cashier and she explained all/​any add ons that I had made. Everything was in order, and ready to be paid.
Overall the check in & out process was quick, our host was very organized and kept things stress free for me! I would definitely come again for another event. Thanks June! (Wow, I really hope that’s her name Lol) :) :) :)

We brought 10 kids and used the youth group packet rate and a groupon. We had to use a groupon since two of them were over 17 years old. So we paid about $ 150 all together for one hour. The kids were so excited to jump, unfortunately, our niece sprained her ankle within 5 minutes of jumping. We had a lot of attendants rush over — the manager came with a bag of ice and he wrote a report. Then another staff member gave my sister a wristband and socks to jump since my niece was out of commission. We thought this was very thoughtful and kind!
Other than that incident, the kids had a BLAST! They loved doing flips and dodge ball. Didn’t do the foam pit too much. They want to come back — and we will when there are passes.
We appreciate that they offered water in coolers — last year they did not do that. Also am eagerly waiting for the AC unit to come!
One improvement they could make — the trampolines are divided into sections so only one child per section. The dividers are not that soft… so that’s how you can hurt yourself. It would be great to make that red section divider into a softer material. Thanks for everything!

I love Itrampoline but it really hurts when I kinda forget and jump on the hard parts

Finally found a way to go back into time! I really did! Really! Okay, I did not, but iTrampoline sure made me feel like I was a kiddie again!
This place is a huge indoor playground with the trampoline concept. They got individual trampolines connected to each other, two dodgeball arenas, a foam pit, two basketball dunking nets, some arcade games, and a little playground for the younger tots to enjoy. This place definitely keeps you active and moving. I like that it is kid friendly and fun for everyone!
We visited during a late Thursday evening. It was a slow night, so lucky for our group; we got to enjoy the whole place for ourselves.
Breaking down the cost, general admission is $ 25 per hour. If you visit online or purchase coupons, entry fee can be half the price. Personally, I think one hour is more than enough time, except for if you are having a party there or is very busy. Grip socks are required and can be purchase for $ 3. We got a bit hungry and bought 3 slices of Papa John’s pizza for $ 3 and lockers are provided for a minimal cost of $ 3.
They also carry vending machines to fill your savory and sweet cravings or if you are thirsty you can also purchase drinks to quench your thirst.
The only downfall of this place is the fact that it used to be a warehouse, so during hot days, the heat stays in, making it a bit too hot to jump, but think about all those calories you are burning and detoxing your body by the sweating!

Fun with the right group of friends. :)
Came here using groupons and it ended up being $ 12.50 a person, not including the grip socks ($ 3)
We came on a day it was busy so it was hard to do many things without actually waiting in line for it. Because there were so many people, and the fact that you’re actively moving half the time you’re there, it was so hot! It’s a big warehouse with giant ceiling fans and other smaller fans to cool you off. What would make this place amazing is if it was an AC controlled room, but I’m not complaining haha.
I would come again with a bigger group of people; experiencing iTrampoline is best if you can see all of your friends get silly.

Kids loved the place! Got a groupon and also paid online kamaiana. Couple dollars off. The only bad thing is the humidity in the warehouse. They have a cooling station. Suggest to bring water jugs. The have lockers you can rent, using your ID as collateral. If you don’t bring gripped socks, you may buy from them for about $ 3 and some change. Love the basket ball and the free space area. There was also a foam pit. Very good place to just jump the day away.
MOOD: SWEATY!

The first time we came here was for a birthday party, the kids had a lot of fun. The only negative thing about birthday parties here is that you can’t bring your own food, you must order their food– which is Papa John’s pizza. And you can bring in your own cake. While this sucks for birthday parties (since my favorite part of birthday parties is all the great food), I think it is a good idea for iTrampoline and probably helps keep the place clean too.
This place is great for rainy days or those days when the children need to get out their excess energy. It’s good exercise for adults too! Hard work!

best place to blow off steam !! Me, my boyfriend his sister and their cousin went here for my birthday weekend because I wanted to do something different. Yeah I turned 22 but doesn’t mean it’s not fun, or a great experience!
Great for all ages of course !!! But don’t forget to get signed waivers !! Especially if your bringing minors who aren’t yours ! We got ours done the night before and just went straight to the line. The good thing is, is that you’re in the system now.
We didn’t bring the right socks so we bought but the socks are great and it felt cool and funny because it was sticking to the floor. They have lockers where you can bring your own lock or rent one.
We didn’t know how long we wanted to go for but our cashier recommended one hour first to see how we feel then just add on, and we were glad we did one hour because we were so tired after that one hour.
I got on the trampoline for the first time and I fell flat my legs had no idea what to do. It was so funny. I was so scared while all these kids were running around jumping off the walls and on the walls.
The scary part was always having to watch for the little kids running around. We’re like 5ft to 6ft and were always having to watch for them.
My suggestion is jump under the large ceiling fans or near the huge one in the corner ! It feels amazing !
The basketball hoops has something around the rims and you can grab onto them! AWESOME !
We didn’t try the dodgeball but next time we will. And I we will probably bring the whole family next time.

I purchased two Group On for here for $ 50 each for 4 people to jump Tuesday to Friday.
The flaw in this is that they ARE CLOSED Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Group On should state ONLY VALID THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Quick tips:
Bring an extra change of shirts especially for those who sweat a lot and easily! There is NO A. C and it is all fan operated. There is a small cooling station but if it gets crowded the wait can be long.
If you can make your own Grip socks do so otherwise they will charge you $ 3 for a pair and you can keep afterwards and use it next time you come again.
Bring water and try not to eat at least 1 hour before just in case your stomach is sensitive from all that bouncing.
We were able to get a deal online for $ 25 voucher worth 1 hour for 2 people (to me that is more than enough time)
This place is great for kids and adults! Pretty hidden area so it’s best that you go to their site for directions. They do sell pizza and drinks. No outside food/​drinks allowed.
They do have workers supervising every station, nice and friendly staff!

Oh fall break. A random week where parents must scramble to find childcare or activities for their kids to do for an entire week.
On fall break day 2 we (my sister & I) brought my minor (7) to iTrampoline. We paid online, then printed & signed the waivers at home — glad we did, there was a line & I hate lines. The website says to arrive a half an hour prior to your jump time. We’d originally considered doing 2 hours but then decided to go for a half an hour then if we wanted more time we’d do that.
If you’re townies like us, getting there is a little confusing. Once you get off the freeway you gotta kinda wing it until you notice the little garage sale type signs they have with arrows. Definitely need bigger signs.
Anywho, so we get to this warehouse, there’s ample parking so that was nice. We go in and notice right away the people trying to print their waivers. We get in line to check in & that went pretty quick. The guy who helped us was really nice, I wish I got his name. We knew their sock policy & bought their socks. We also got a lock (why are people complaining about the lockers? They gave us the lock for free) to lock our stuff up. By this time it was about 1205 & our jump time wasn’t until 1230 but we were told we could start anytime. So we did.
We bounced our little hearts out. Yes, it’s tiring. We only got hot because of all the jumping we did, the heat from outside wasn’t as bad as others said it was, the fans are everywhere & work well. The bathrooms were fine. You’re in a warehouse, are you expecting some sort of bathroom concierge?
I don’t like that parents don’t watch their kids. We stayed with my daughter the whole time. That’s not the business’s fault, but they should worry more about enforcing proper accountability of people’s own children rather than blowing their whistle at me for taking pictures of my daughter.
We jumped the whole time we could. We had a great time. The foam pit isn’t exactly adult friendly. My daughter & the other kids were able to climb out no problem but my sister and I struggled. We kept sinking. Oh & don’t wear your socks in the foam pit, you will get the whistle blown on you.
At the end I went to get us some water. I only had a $ 20 so I went to the counter. I saw the same guy who’d checked us in. When I told him I wanted to buy water (the ones behind the counter) he told me he’d give me change to get it from the machine so I won’t be taxed. I thought that was awesome. He also then told me that ac would be coming soon. I didn’t have that big of an issue with it & didn’t even mention it, I figured they get a lot of complaints.
All in all, we definitely had a good time. The front desk staff is awesome, the whistle people take their authority a little too seriously. We’ll probably be back.
