I was really impressed by the service provided by agent Mike Martinez yesterday when I was rear ended by a tourist in kapaa town traffic. He went above and beyond to help me, leaving his office in the middle of a busy Monday to be there at the scene of the accident and personally deliver my proof of insurance (which I had somehow been driving without). After the accident he even called the responsible party’s insurance to follow up on the other driver’s claim so that I wouldn’t have to stress about it. He made me feel safe, important, and protected. Just what an insurance agent SHOULD do. I highly recommend mike and his staff for any insurance needs. Like a good neighbor, Mike was right there!
