Kauai’s Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian Food

**Please check our Facebook page, Gopal’s Creperie Kauai, for any change from our regular hours of operation**

Description

We are one of Kauai’s few gluten free food options! Our crêpes are also VEGAN! Filled with raw, vegan, and vegetarian options, they are made fresh and hot using locally grown ingredients.

Loved by local repeat customers and tourists alike, you won’t even know they are gluten free!

A gourmet menu with the taste of Hawai’i…

Some examples include:

Fresh Macadamia Nut Butter with Apple Banana and Raw Local Honey

Gingered Lentils with Garden Carrots and feta cheese

We are proud to support Kaua’i farmers and use as much organic as possible.

Also serving locally made organic vegan ice cream and coconut water sorbets!

Our lunch wagon is now conveniently located in Kapa’a along the coastal bike path and Kuhio Highway.

Check us out on facebook, instagram & twitter for the latest menu, specials and events:

History

Established in 2012.

We are a family owned and run mobile creperie. We know how hard it is to find a good place to eat out that caters to special diet needs, especially gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian. Everyone likes crepes, and you will love ours!

Meet the Business Owner

Indy and Gadhai R.

Business Owner

Both owners met through their spiritual tradition of Krishna Consciousness and moved to Kaua’i in 2009. Finding a balance between material and spiritual life can be a challenge, but through their creperie, Indy and Gadhai have managed to dovetail the 2. The food is offered to Krishna and is served as prasadam to the public, thereby feeding the body and soul.

Keeping Kaua’i sustainable is important to them, as well as using organic and fresh ingredients. They buy as much as possible from local farmers and use biodegradable trays.

The owners are also vegetarian and have created a gluten-free, vegan crêpe batter recipe after months of trials.

You would never even guess that the recipe is not traditional!
