If your looking for a commercial real estate broker look no further, Marshal Blount has lots of experience and expertise in and around the Kansas City area.
We rent a space in a building that he took over last year, and when we’re ready for our 2nd location I will definitely trust Marshal to find the right space for us.
Last year when another salon wanted to rent in our strip center Marshal made sure to check with us for our approval, even though he didn’t have to since it wasn’t in our lease. One example of why we are impressed with Marshal.
