This is a review for the trust department and not the banking side or lending side. The person I worked with for lending was fabulous.
But the guy who works in the trust department takes 2 – 3 weeks to respond to an email. They tried to double my fees despite that a few schedule was established with my relative who set up the trust. I never hear from the unless I email, and they don’t really do anything to manage my trust — all the investments are stable bonds that every 10 years come due and then they reinvest. But no one talks to me or will answer questions.
