I too had confirmed reservations for a 16 person Stretch SUV for 5 hours on 12÷5÷15 and they just never showed up; left them 15 messages and never a return call. Needless to say our evening started out on the wrong foot!
I had originally purchased a package at a charity auction that included a $ 700 16 person 5 hour limo on ⁸⁄₁. Their driver locked his keys in the car at the prior client, so couldn’t make our reservation to pick us up. So from this I had a credit to use them another time. About 2 weeks ago I booked them for a big Christmas event on 12/​5, using my credit from August. Talked to them 3 times to confirm, and on Friday before Jeff and I confirmed the details. As far as I can tell this company is no longer in business. Limo did not show, I cannot reach anyone via phone or e-​mail, and the place of business is abandoned.

Here is my story:
I reserved a Limo through Trinity Limousine Company in October of 2015. I planned to propose to my girlfriend on December 5^th, and our entire family was going to be in town. I talked on the phone multiple times with Jeff Harris and made the reservations, and even called him back to modify the reservations. Each time I received a confirmation e-​mail.
When December 5^th came the limo never showed and no one would answer the phone or return my calls. My fiancé and our families had to take 3 taxis to our reservations, which we were late for. It is now December 8^th and no one has returned my calls or e-​mails. I was also charged twice under two different names for services I never received. When I went to the business address associated with Trinity Limousine Company I found an empty building for sale. I talked to the landlord and he was nice enough to explain that he had evicted the company 2 months prior, and I was the 3^rd person to come to him with the same story.
I am now in the process of disputing the charges through my bank, because I have no way of contacting the company, or Jeff Harris, in order to get a refund. I was able to talk to one of his family members with the help of the previous landlord, who has also not been able to contact him in the last 3 weeks. All she could do was take down my information and say she would try to find him and get me my money back.

We’ve had two not so great experiences. Over charged, broken down limo, a complimentary ride but then charged for that (had to refuse charges through bank). Would NOT use this company again.

Horrible customer service and shady dealings that have nothing to do with the Limo ride. They talked me into going around Groupon and then overcharged my credit card. I had to dispute the charge and Discover was nice enough to credit me back what was owed. I tried calling, texting and emailing them and they would not respond to my communications. They did respond to Discover with a bogus invoice and my name spelled wrong. Nice people. I wouldn’t give them my credit information or recommend ever using them.

personal respectful and was right on time with every thing. I also like the emailing of the receipt. I knew exactly were I stood and you coulda charged me a little more on the clock but you kept your verbal agreement. Very Honest Business. Thank You!

We rented a limo for my brother’s wedding. The main reason was because it was an outdoor wedding and the weather was very hot, so the bridal party would be waiting in the limo until the last minute to keep cool in the air conditioning. The air was so hot in the limo it was like the heat was on. No matter how long it ran, the air stayed extremely hot, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. It was cooler outside in the 90 degree heat, which is where we ended up waiting.
The driver also was quite rude. She didn’t have directions to where we were going and was not polite in asking for them from us. There was also a rude comment made to my sister in law’s father who spoke no English thankfully so he didn’t understand but we did.
I would not rent a limo from this company again.

Overall, it served our purpose: getting to and from the airport. I guess I expect too much, however, from a ‘limo’ company. Perhaps if they just referred to themselves as a KC Car service, it would be better. Jackie was awesome at 4am and offered to stop so we could get coffee (we declined), gave us water, etc.
The guy on the ride home had me lift my own bag on the car. Offered no water, AND his car smelled like an ashtray.
The ride was comfortable and it was nice not having to drive home. I guess I just expect a little more out of a LIMO company.
