I’ve been this UPS Store about 5 times in the past couple of months. Shipping gifts for the holidays in addition to forgotten items of our wedding guests, I felt like I came here pretty regularly. I didn’t mind though, because each experience was pretty great! Each time the staff was excellent, helping me with whatever I needed. Aside from the price, because in comparison to USPS it’s much higher in my opinion, there’s nothing to complain about. It’s supportive, friendly and easy to get in & out.

I’ve been here three times. Each time, I’ve been expecting something like the DMV but gotten something more like Quik Trip. That’s cost and length of time spent. Maybe I’m measuring the experience against the USPS but it’s just been a surprise. The staff has always been helpful and I’ve always gotten in and out really quickly. Well done UPS!

Their slogan of complete and easy pack and ship services is definitely true. I’m sorry that others had a bad experience here but I’ve been here twice and both times have been impressed with the courtesy and efficiency at this UPS store. I had a gift to return that was prepaid and instead of charging me for a bag or box, they were good enough to tape up the original package and thus it cost me nothing. They took care of all the paperwork making my return — which I had dreaded — so simple and easy, that I came back the next day with another UPS package to send. Again, they were courteous and while I did have to pay for packaging this time, I thought it was reasonable as well. I will definitely come back to this location when I need to send a package via UPS. There’s no obvious entrance on Barry Road, so it might be easy to miss. Luckily there’s an entrance at the far end of the strip mall.

This is the WORSTUPS store in the world. They have crushed my packages twice. The owner/manager, Chip, is a complete dick and that’s putting it nicely. He insulted me when I was shipping a package and talked to me like a child and told me I basically didn’t know what I was doing. 6 weeks later I am still awaiting my check from a claim. I HATE this store and I will never again set foot in it even though I have been a loyal UPS customer for years and years. I’m now going Fed-ex.
