Dr. Steven P. Billings is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a well-​known Kansas City area orthodontist with more than 30 years of experience. Dr. Billings completed his D.D.S. and Orthodontics degrees at the University of Missouri-​Kansas City. He has been practicing in the Parkville and Kansas City areas since 1979, serving both children and adults.

Dr. Billings especially enjoys working with children. He loves their personalities and watching them mature and blossom. As a father of five children, Dr. Billings treats each patient like one of his own to help them feel comfortable while giving them the best smile, profile, and orthodontic result available.

He takes care to provide the most up-​to-​date, proven techniques to ease discomfort while producing life-​long results. The Braces by Billings Patient Care Team is made up of certified and skilled assistants to help Dr. Billings ensure patient comfort and safety, as well as desired results.

I have never been more excited and enthusiastic about my practice than I am today! The greatest joy for me has been to work with my young and adolescent patients and watch them grow up into beautiful, young adults with vibrant, gorgeous smiles that «light up the room». I enjoy, as well, working with adults to help them achieve the confident smile that they desire and deserve.

With the advent of new materials, new thermoelastic wires, new bracket designs, new appliances, etc., the world of orthodontics is expanding and changing at an unbelievably rapid pace. What this means for our patients is even better results and smiles with less discomfort and hassle to for them.
