Reno’s Powersports KC- Can-Am & Sea-Doo Dealer

My favorite dealer in the KC area!!! There are only two Yamaha dealers in the metro, one is 2 miles from my house, but I ride the extra 30+ minutes to come to Reno’s. I’m always welcomed when I come in the door, staff is always friendly, willing to help. They have great prices, and a awesome selection. I have brought all my friends here to buy parts, and bikes. They have all had the same great experience. Plus nobody has as many sexy bikes on the showroom!!!

I was in dire need for spark plugs for my jet skis and the other shop I’ve went to were completely out. I didn’t even know this place was here, but they had what I needed in stock so I ran out there. When I walked in, everyone in the front just stared at me… strange, but okay. Once I go back to the parts area, there’s a line. The people behind the counter don’t say anything, which is fine. It’s finally my turn, I get my part and I leave. Nothing fantastic to say on the experience since there wasn’t a lot of interaction, but they had my part and that’s what makes me happy!

I’ve been going to Reno’s Yamaha for year’s, I purchased a motorcycle from them in 2012, the sale’s associate was patient and didn’t try to push the sale on me, he stood back and let me look at the bike’s and when I had a question he answered them in a professional manner, as long as he stays employed there he will be the person I go to.
I have dealt with the their service department serveral time from tune ups to mechanical repair, I have only had one issue with the service department and everything was handled by management properly and quickly and I have no concerns about dealing with the service department for future maintenance.
I am a loyal Reno’s Yamaha customer and I believe they offer far better service than another motorcycle shop in grandview.
I would like them to have events and shin digs with Rep’s, music, food and drinks.
