I just love these guys! I went from 30 years old and never working out a day in my life, to feeling like a person should healthy, and happy. My Doctor loves the results, and 10 inches off my waist isn’t bad. They will work with you no matter what issues you have. If you need help to get healthy this is where you need to go!!!

Have you ever felt intimidated going into a gym? I don’t have to worry about feeling awkward or insecure at my gym, Rapid Fit Method. I don’t even know if I can say gym because it’s really more. I belong to a family. I attend incredible small group classes and work with a trainer once a week. My trainer, Geoff helps me focus on areas I want to improve, while my classes kick my butt.
I have lost 100 with the help of David, Geoff and the trainers of Rapid a Fit Method. This is the first place that I have felt that the staff of a gym really want to help me. How many people can say that their trainers send text messages to check on them, while at the same time push you to become better today than you were yesterday. Not going to lie, workouts are tough and you’ll be sore, everyday. You might want to quit but then you realize that you begin to love to go to the gym and you see results and the encouragement you get you cannot get from any other place like you can from Rapid Fit Method. If I can love a gym then anyone else can to and this is the best!

The trainers (David, Rob, Geoff, & Anthony) have succeeded in creating a welcoming and supportive environment not present at most gyms. The trainers and members of Rapid Fit Method consider each other family. As such, there’s no judgement. The members encourage one another inside the gym and out.
Since I began training with David in 2013, I dropped 95 Lbs. They promote a gimmick free exercise program, free of machines (with the exception of Airdynes and Rowers). Additionally, they help with nutrition and motivation. Part of my experience with my trainer was learning how to read food labels, portion out my food, and consume the appropriate amount of carbs, fats, and proteins to achieve my goals. This gym is NOT just a bunch of meat-​heads lifting weights. They teach you how to achieve and maintain real results.
