Since 1995, Associated Podiatrists PA has been working with patients to provide the best podiatric care for patients in the Kansas City area. Dr. Gentry, Dr. Shead, and Dr. Samardzija’s combined experience in podiatry is coupled with genuine concern for their patients. All our staff is dedicated to your comfort and prompt attention as well. Our goal is to help you maintain healthy feet. We treat all conditions and injuries of the foot, with comprehensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including trauma, pediatrics, sports medicine, and limb salvage.

History

Established in 1995.

Dr. Gentry and Dr. Shead opened Associated Podiatrists in 1995 in Kansas City, KS. Dr. Samardzija joined the practice in October of 2015.

Dr. Samardzija received a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, then completed a podiatric surgical residency at John Stroger Hospital of Cook County/​Advocate IL Masonic Hospital in Chicago.

She is on staff at Research Medical Center, Lee’s Summit Medical Center, Select Specialty Hospital at Research Medical Center, Kindred Hospital, and Belton Regional Medical Center. Dr. Samardzija will be on staff at Providence Medical Center soon, and has opened satellite practice locatons in Belton, MO and Lansing, KS. She is also on the board of the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association.
