Meet the Manager

Rachael S.

Manager

My career in customer service began in 2002 as a Sales Manager with

Marriott. It was not long before I was introduced into the real estate

industry. I worked in the Title business for 4 years. Learning a lot about

the Kansas City market, lending, and title closings helped move me

in the direction to get my real estate license. Starting in real estate

I thought it would help to offer property management and leasing

expertise to my clientele. In 2011 I opened Grand Property Management KC, LLC where

I operated a full service property management company along with real estate services.

I now focus more on helping buyers and sellers find and sell there home. It is my goal

to make sure everyone I work with has a great understanding of what happens during

a purchase or sale, throughout the entire transaction.
