Before I started this company I worked as an Insurance Agent for one of the top 4 insurance companies. The most important thing I took away from this industry is that you have to build strong relationships with your clients. They need to know that your agency is there for them at the time they need you the most. They need to feel comfortable contacting and speaking to a number of your team members to get their needs taken care of. Most of my clients had a close enough relationship to where they could text message me or my team members to get what they needed at their convenience. The reason for building these strong relationships is to not only offer superior customer service but to also find clients that want to grow with their agent and their agency.
