I came in here with reluctance because of the one start review, but rest assured, the team here is phenomenal! Refer to the actual store review here:
So, what happened? I landed in Kansas City and was under the gun to get something printed and shipped out next day air to a conference, the problem was I showed up about an hour before the final shipment was to leave. This team not only stopped everything to help, but it felt like the whole office jumped in to assist. I could give you all the details on what they did, but all you need to know is my stuff got printed, shipped and is on it’s way to the destination for delivery tomorrow because of a dedicated team making it happen!
Thanks so much guys and gals, you really made the magic happen. I would recommend this store for everything!

I am in town from CA and HAVE to deal with these people b/​c they are closest to my hotel. I’ve never met a bunch of worthless people.
I do not expect much from people at Kinkos but these people are so BELOW the acceptable level it’s not close to being funny. Whoever worked Sunday 9÷20÷09 should honestly be replaced. I can’t get ANYWHERE with the people on.
On a sidenote, call their phone and listen to the voicemail… WTF is up with their hours? HOW CONFUSING?
Seriously, just a joke and a half. If you can, go SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am DREADING picking up my «order» @ 9am… this should be a real «treat».
