King’s Moving & Storage

We had a very good experience with King’s. They did a full pack and move for us. The packers were excellent, very professional, friendly, worked efficiently. All our items arrived safely. The movers were very hardworking as well. They moved our home and large storage unit. We have a lot of valuable antiques, which they and the crating company they contract with handled well. Mosh importantly the estimate was almost exactly on, and even better, they came in under the estimate because they completed the move in fewer hours than estimated. Good communicators from the office staff to the delivery guys. I recommend King’s.

This moving company delivered my mattresses from Simmons today. Yesterday I assembled my brand new bed that I purchased from another retailer. One delivery driver was downstairs and the other delivery driver decided not to wait for his partner and shoved the box spring over my new bed. I did not notice the delivery person tore my leather footboard until a few hours later. I contacted the moving company and I spoke with Robert Estrada. He asked that I send him pictures, which I complied. I waited several hours with no response. I contacted him and he stated that he could not possibly see how his mover caused the damage. I have not even had this bed assembled for 24 hours. This person was the only one who removed my old mattresses and forced the nex box springs onto my bed without the aid of his partner, which caused the tears in my footboard. The company denies any responsibility and lacks any level of customer service.
