Ingram Heating & Cooling

We’ve needed our central air unit replaced for at least 2 years now. Unfortunately, we waited until the hottest summer in the last decade. That’s the way it usually works in my household! My husband actually called Ingram’s because of a flyer that we received in the mail. We actually had at least 3 other estimates on a unit and this is who we chose to go with for a number of reasons: espcecially because of price, discounts, and knowledge. Price: the cost of the unit we were looking at was about on par with the other estimates. However, the person that gave us the estimate looked up the unit and found that we were eligible for a $ 650 rebate from KCP&L. Yay! And it wasn’t one of those tax refund or mail in kind of rebates. They took it off the cost of the unit, so we ended up paying substantially less. Also, this nice man told us several things about our duct work and the unit itself that no one else made us aware of. I would definitely recommend Ingrams. Honest company, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customer.
