This place is laughable – and not in a good way. My husband and I bought our wedding rings here and it felt as if this was the first time that that happened in the history of the store. Perhaps it was the sales person that we had. When we arrived we were greeted and shown the wedding bands. My husband and I picked two out and then went to another counter to get them sized, pay, etc. That’s when the experience turned into a joke. I was told that there was no one available to size my ring and that I would have to come back. I live a good ways away, and it just seemed ridiculous that a high-​end jewelry store couldn’t measure our fingers for their sizes on a Saturday afternoon. Then we asked the rings to be sent to Houston as that is where we were getting married. This has apparently never been done before. We asked if it is possible and the sales associate couldn’t answer any of our questions. That would have been okay if she’s gotten someone who could have, but she didn’t until I asked for it. I mean I don’t think that it’s out of order to expect answers when purchasing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. And the best part? A few weeks later we got a call from the store telling us that our rings were there in KC! After all that, they still didn’t get it right. We were already in Houston for the wedding and, obviously, coming to KC for them was out of the question. They ended up shipping them to us in Houston, but they waited a couple of days before sending them out.

I can always get someone to help me out almost as soon as I walk in. They also have a great selection and pretty decent pricing. I have gotten my engagement ring, wedding band, and earrings from here and I have no complaints.
