I have been going to Dr. Joy Saunders at Heartland since 2002. All the staff is professional yet personable. Arrive early for your appointment and even then there’s a wait, but where wouldn’t you wait? It’s not that bad. On my last visit I discovered that not only my Primary Care Physicians office but Heartland was going toward a paperless system and there’s at least one glitch they’ve discovered. They asked me if I’d gotten my confirmation call and what kind of phone I used. I had them call my land line home number and had no problems. They realized that those with cell phones who had not yet set up their voicemail weren’t receiving confirmations. I don’t know when this might be fixed so if your in this situation I’d recommend calling them. As far as Dr.‘s go I trust Dr. Saunders thoroughly. Not only is she an experienced D.O. but she’s a Mom and takes her time talking to you. Without divulging too much info, I once had a friend with a rare disorder that could have been life ending. It turned out that Dr. Saunders is an EXPERT at that rare disorder and was the best person for my friend to see. She went on to have another healthy child and is here today! I also have high praise for Dr. Rosbrugh who’s care healed my sister and saved my sister-in-law and neice’s lives with an emergency C-Section. I met him once for a rotation pregnancy check-up and he was SO cool about me not really wanting to be «checked» by a man. He answered all my questions and was so caring. If you’re in the market for a new OB/GYN I highly recommend this office and these 2 doctors in particular.

Terrible Office. Staff is rude and look dirty. They upset me on my first appointment. I ended up walking out. As a newly pregnant patient, they had me shaking and in tears. The front staff and nurse all ganged up on me and stated I didn’t have an appointment when I had a message for confirmation. I couldn’t be paid to go here
