I came to H&R Block because my taxes were a bit too complicated for me to do on my own this year. I’m new to MO so I was only a part time resident, on top of that I work in KS and still had to take care of DC as well as my federal taxes. I had medical and moving deductions and my tax adviser, Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, nice and made sure I got my maximum refund possible. The reason I only gave three stars is because it cost me $ 350 to get my taxes done with them, I do understand that I had multiple returns to file BUT they were all extremely basic. If I had a better understanding of the part time resident aspect of it all I would have taken care of it all myself. Next year, that will probably happen.
