Established in 2003.

Glow Imagery began in 2003 when veteran newspaper photojournalist Chris Cummins moved back to his hometown of Kansas City after working at several daily newspaper around the country the previous five years.

As a graduate of the world-​renowned University of Missouri School of Journalism and an award-​winning photographer, Chris saw an opportunity to provide a unique combination of experience, artistry and professionalism to weddings and portraits in Kansas City.

Glow Imagery is a Kansas City photographer studio which offers clients an unmatched combination of experience, background and genuine photojournalism to their weddings and events.

Business Owner

Chris’ life pursuit and passion is photography, something he has actively pursued for the majority of his life.

He is married to the love of his life, Genevieve, who is a sous chef at a Swiss bakery and restaurant in Kansas City. Together, they share their life with a playful and always eager to cuddle beagle named Opal.

In his spare time he and his wife cook together and share a passion for food and its creation.

He loves the classic cinema of Hitchcock.

Chris is thankful for the life he has, because he uses his talents to serve others by creating something cherished from their most cherished events and loved people.
