The guy that runs the place has a horrible attitude. I took a Mercedes there to have the driver side seat repaired, when I went to pick it up the air bag light was on. His response was, «yeah that happens some times, you’ll need to take that somewhere to get it fixed». I said, that you did it, and that’s going to cost more money for me now… He didn’t seem to care. I’ve used them other times in the past too, and frankly their pricing is much higher than North Town Auto Trim or Royal Auto Trim on 39th street, an the work isn’t any better.
Their competition does as good of work, for a lower cost, and with better customer service.

Although I’ve only been here once, I was deeply impressed! In my daughter’s car, the headliner was drooping down onto her head. We’ve all seen, and sometimes owned, cars with the headline coming down, which is impossible to glue back up. For $ 150, Gladstone Auto Trim replaced the headliner and now it looks like new! It costs a bit more if your car has a sunroof. It’s a nice quiet place with nice authentic people (no high-​pressure salesmen). In and out in one day. They do not accept credit cards however, only cash or check.
