The Freshest office and catering delivery in Kansas City! We offer delivery of delicious breakfast and lunch items, and will even design a custom menu for you. We also have healthy, vegetarian and vegan options available as well as gluten free options. Fresh is proud to use eco-​friendly, biodegradable and compostable paper goods. We are perfect for office meetings, seminars, lunch and learns and for pharmaceutical sales.

History

Established in 2011.

Established in 2011 by chef Lindsey Jackson, Fresh Catering KC was built around the mission of providing customers in the Kansas City Metro area with a better catering option. Focused on food that is creative and prepared fresh with diverse and healthy options along with service that arrives on-​time and is accurate. Fresh Catering KC became a family-​run business when Lindsey’s husband, Mark, joined at the end of 2011.

My company has used Fresh Catering KC several times for lunch meetings and they are excellent. Service has always been friendly and prompt, prices are very fair, and food choice and quality top notch. Because of this they are very popular so I recommend calling them well in advance of your event if possible to avoid disappointment!

Great caterer that offers healthier options than a lot of other caterers in KC (including vegan and gluten-​free options). And their food is delicious. They’ve always been on time and accurate with our orders, and you can email them instead of calling (my favorite!). Only issue is that make sure you order a few days ahead instead of just 24 hours as they book up quickly. But I’m happy they’re getting so much business, so that’s not a big deal.

I cannot say enough great things about FRESH CATERING KC – I was looking for a new and fresh catering option for work in the Fall 2013 and have used them numerous times since then. The food is awesome and fresh and locally owned. I have used them for both breakfast and lunch.
The owners are easy to communicate with and help you plan exactly what you need. They give you a honest opinion on the amounts of each items to order even if it means ordering less.

Excellent — I had lunch catered for an executive luncheon and it was perfect. Fresh Catering KC is appropriately named the sandwiches, fruit, and cookies severed this afternoon were exactly that. Delivery was on time and the presentation was impressive. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I ordered breakfast for 70 for a business meeting. Breakfast burritos, fruit salad, breads, pastries, coffee & juice. The prices were very reasonable and the food & service were excellent. The equipment kept the burros warm and the whole set up looked like we had gone above and beyond with classy catering. We had the burritos cut in half to accomodate those with smaller appetites. I had several people seek me out to ask who we ordered from and to say how great it was. We will be ordering from Fresh Catering KC again!

So far so good. A friend of mine recommended Lindsay and her company, Fresh Catering KC, for a week of lunches I needed for work.
We actually were able to give her a test run today with a little breakfast thing for another work meeting. The prices were reasonable and the variety was fabulous.
Everyone was very happy with her fresh breakfast breads, juice and coffee. She had croissant with butter and jam, decaf and regular coffee, orange, apple, and cranberry juice. I heard no complaints and this is a tough group to satisfy.
