History

Established in 1993.

Factory Direct Appliance started as a wholesale appliance distributor to new home construction accounts in Lenexa, Kansas. After experiencing exceptional growth we added additional showrooms in Lee’s Summit and Kansas City North. We now have 7 locations across the midwest and the most experiencec sales professionals that can assist you with all you kitchen appliance needs.

I started out as an intern at Factory Direct Appliance in 2002 while studying marketing at the University of Central Missouri. After graduating, I accepted a full time position. I am now in my 9^th year in at Factory Direct Appliance. My role has changed to Assistant Manager at the Kansas City North Showroom and I am now the e-​business manager as well.
