I’m still having extreme pain and now swelling from a tooth she widdeled down and crowned. She tried to charge me for a visit to file down that same crown that had a hard bite just 6 months after she put it on my tooth. (legally she cannot charge me for anything done to that tooth for 2 years after crowning it) Will have to seek dental care elsewhere as I don’t trust her enough now to fix the damage she has caused.

I have gone four times to Dr Berkvam now. She is laid back and nice, and her staff follows that.
Sometimes a dentist visit is a stress, and the relaxing demeanor of the staff or the diversions they offer the things that matter most.
I am also satisfied with the cleanings and the monitoring of my teeth as well. The office is not old, nor is it a digital high tech studio. It is just fine. And I love the location inside the KC loop.
