Called them today with hornet concern. They were able to come quickly and had the most professional experience from the phone call through service. Dwight was incredibly kind and quick. Got stung and didn’t even swear. I will recommend them across the board.

Just moved here, was looking for a pest control. Accidentally said the wrong company name because I’ve been doing so much research but when I asked which company this was the woman on the phone got a huge attitude with me. I was only asking who this was so I could ask them about their prices, but she was so rude that they immediately lost my business. I hope their service is a lot better than their customer service skills on the phone.

We use Blue Beetle for our residents. Tyler, our technician, is always polite in dealing with our staff and our customers. Our pest issues have rapidly diminished from what the previous company left for us. Definitely recommended!

Always had a good experience when using Blue Beetle. Rachel in the office is wonderful! Very helpful and really friendly. The three technicians we have had come to our rental properties have been very professional and thorough. I use this company and another exterminator depending on our need but real like both of them. Rachel will be very accommodating to individual needs which makes things so much easier!

I was looking to have some mice removed and was able to get someone out to my house the same day that I called. Unfortunately, the only options that they had (setting snap traps, sticky traps, and poison) were things that I was already doing. The technician who came out was able to answer all of my questions though and confirm that we were going about it the right way. Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again if we have issues with anything else.
